What the documents look like
For operations handover in Creator commission settlement, this page examines FastGPT access controls. Scope creator statements and deduction evidence separately; editing grants no deduction authority. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the access controls step
Suppose commission settings define rules, a statement awaits mutual confirmation, refund deductions are unchecked, and an invoice belongs to another period. Inspect member read, edit and management rights for each resource; a creator category grants no access to every creator’s statement. Readable rules establish no accepted deduction. No actual rate, amount or invoice number is supplied, and access tests perform no settlement.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Commission-handover resource | Hypothetical state | Authority inspection |
|---|---|---|
| Rule | Settings record | No deduction acceptance |
| Statement | Mutual confirmation pending | Scope creator identity |
| Deduction | Details unchecked | Editing is no execution |
| Invoice | Other period | No current-settlement substitute |
| Member | New/former roles | Same-resource positive/negative tests |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
Team roles | Inspect roles for the actual member identity. |
Resource permissions | Inspect reading, editing and management by resource. |
Document classification | Classification and tags do not replace authorization. |
External-system permissions | Verify external-interface authentication separately. |
Per-account validation | Test the same source with authorized and unauthorized accounts. |
Three common errors
- If the successor reads another creator’s statement, inspect actual roles and test that same resource with authorized and unauthorized identities.
- If editing deductions becomes authority to debit funds, inspect business approval, counterparty confirmation and financial execution evidence. Editing replaces none of these.
- If another period’s invoice proves current settlement, compare invoice period, statement entity and settlement evidence. Accessibility merges no accounting periods.
How to verify the setup
Identify purpose and grantor separately for rules, statements, refund details and invoices. Retain same-resource positive/negative tests and citation-access results. Check former-member access after removal as well as successor login. Actual debits, invoicing and external statement dispatch require company approval separately. This paper exercise organizes evidence and access gaps only.
