What the documents look like
Central chain procurement operations revolve around four document families: centralized procurement contracts, replenishment plans, delivery notes and store requisition forms. These materials originate from headquarters purchasing, distribution centers and stores. Their update rhythm is daily and weekly. During an operations handover, whether the materials are complete, what status each one carries and who initiated it determine whether a workflow can continue to its next node.
This category differs from price and display auditing. Central procurement and distribution focus on headquarters purchasing and delivery, and do not inspect store display. The workflow routing step connects store requisitions, replenishment plans, delivery arrangements and supplier delivery coordination. When material status is unclear, information collected by later nodes cannot be mapped to the real business stage.
A store requisition form and a signed procurement contract are separate records with separate fields. A contract status field and a requisition status field describe different objects. Treating one as evidence for the other produces a handover error that later nodes cannot correct.
Constraints at the workflow routing step
The Form Input node is a user interaction node. When it triggers, the conversation enters an interaction state, the workflow state is recorded, and execution continues after the user completes the interaction. After the user fills in required information and submits, the node collects the submitted form information and passes it to subsequent nodes. The User Selection node is also a user interaction node. When triggered, the conversation enters an interaction state and the workflow state is recorded. When the user makes a selection, the node evaluates that selection and executes the corresponding "yes" branch. Both nodes record workflow state and wait for the user to complete interaction before continuing.
The interaction state is behavior of the node itself. No separate global state-recording switch is documented. Collected information must be explicitly passed to subsequent retrieval, judgment or interface nodes, and outputs must be compared item by item against inputs. Order writing, document backfill and external status synchronization require a separate business interface or subsequent process. Form submission alone does not perform those actions. Retrieval or a form does not constitute authorized execution.
Semantic recall and relevance scores do not perform permission or entity isolation. Libraries using different vector models cannot be jointly associated; identifiers must be checked and non-matching records excluded. Image retrieval requires a corresponding image input and model capability. Reranking requires a model and must be enabled according to settings. Optional paths listed in an overall workflow diagram do not mean every request executes all of them.
Hypothetical drill sample: the source text for comparison is "Centralized procurement contract HT-2026-0417, supplier A, subject matter ambient-temperature dairy products, signing date 10 March 2026, contract status signed, quotation validity until 30 April 2026." A second material is "Store requisition form YHD-2026-0512, store number S-023, requisition date 12 May 2026, item ambient-temperature dairy products, quantity 200 cases, status pending distribution center confirmation." A draft sentence to be judged is: "Supplier A already holds a supply obligation for this requisition from store S-023 and a delivery wave can be arranged directly." The question is whether the draft sentence is supported by the materials.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Configuration or check item | Setting in this page's sample | Verification method |
|---|---|---|
| Form Input node | Collects store number, requisition date, item, quantity | After submission, compare output fields with downstream node inputs |
| User Selection node | "Yes" branch set for whether to enter delivery arrangement | Verify branch connections and selection result item by item |
| Interaction state check | Conversation enters interaction state after node triggers | Observe whether the conversation waits for the user to complete interaction |
| Output handover check | Form information passed to subsequent judgment node | Compare outputs and inputs item by item for consistency |
| External action division | Delivery arrangement and status synchronization use a separate business interface | Confirm form submission did not replace the interface action |
| Material status check | Contract status and requisition status recorded separately | Compare values for the same subject, same period, same field |
Three common errors
- Treating form submission as completed authorization. In the sample, the store requisition status is pending distribution center confirmation, and the form collects a quantity of 200 cases. The submission action only passes information and does not change the pending status. Compare the form output with the material status field; a mismatch shows authorization is not complete.
- Treating quotation validity as a supply deadline. In the sample, contract quotation validity runs until 30 April 2026, and the requisition date is 12 May 2026. These are different fields. Compare field names and values; date order does not constitute evidence of a supply obligation.
- Treating retrieval results as permission filtering. In the sample, the association between supplier A and store S-023 requires identifier checking. A similarity score does not exclude unrelated subjects. Confirm the subject identifier first, then exclude non-matching records, and record what is actually observed without inferring that retrieval applied permission isolation.
How to verify the setup
- Input the sample source text and the draft sentence, then compare "already holds a supply obligation" in the draft with the contract status field "signed" and the requisition status field "pending distribution center confirmation." If the draft does not cite a supply obligation clause and the requisition remains pending confirmation, the sentence is not supported and the evidence gap should be recorded.
- Input the Form Input node output fields and the downstream judgment node inputs, then compare store number, requisition date, item and quantity item by item. If the output fields are passed completely and the judgment node continues along the "yes" branch, the interaction and handover configuration meets the condition. If fields are missing, record the missing items.
- Input an explicit paper-based empty result and check whether the downstream design accepts empty input. If the downstream node has a defined handling path for empty input, the empty-result handover configuration meets the condition. If the downstream has no handling path, record the design gap and do not claim that a fabricated rule retrieval necessarily returns an empty result.
Libraries using different vector models cannot be jointly associated. Check identifiers first and exclude non-matching records; do not run cross-model retrieval to compare missed recall. Image retrieval requires a corresponding image input and model capability, and reranking requires a model enabled according to settings. Optional paths listed in an overall workflow diagram do not mean every request executes all of them.
