What the documents look like
For operations handover in Chain-store closure accounts, this page examines FastGPT upgrades. Keep clearance, lease termination and asset states distinct from application shutdown. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the upgrades step
Suppose closure approval awaits documents, stock clearance is a proposed handover, a lease-termination agreement is unsigned, and asset counts await mutual checking. Application shutdown, restoration and store liquidation are different events. These invented passages supply no actual asset value, termination date or approval. An intact inventory establishes no completed liquidation.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Closure-material migration | Hypothetical state | Inspection |
|---|---|---|
| Approval | Documents pending | No approval claim |
| Clearance | Proposed handover | No cleared-stock claim |
| Termination | Unsigned agreement | No invented termination date |
| Assets | Mutual review pending | No balance invented |
| Backup | Configuration, originals, index | Test restoration separately |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
Deployment version | Review current and target-version instructions first. |
AIPROXY_API_ENDPOINT | The environment setting uses the service root. |
AIPROXY_API_TOKEN | Tokens at both ends must match and be nonempty. |
Dependency and backup checks | After backup creation, inspect actual restored content. |
Post-upgrade validation | Reuse the same documents to test ingestion and calls. |
Three common errors
- If recovered inventories turn an unsigned lease-termination agreement into a claim that the lease has been terminated, inspect agreement wording and signatures. File migration establishes no business completion.
- If another store’s asset count becomes this handover, compare entity and counted assets. Similar archive names do not merge stores.
- If configuration backup is called full liquidation recovery, inspect actual database, original attachment and retrieval coverage. Restoration results are required.
How to verify the setup
Record current version, dependencies and material identities before testing backup routes for the installed system. These are proposed checks, not claimed backups. Repeat fixed questions about approval, signatures and gaps and inspect handover-member rights separately. Rollback also needs usable-content verification; promise no loss-free migration. Authorized personnel retain actual closure and lease actions.
