Returned-goods inspections: conversation logs for operations handover

Review conversation logs for operations handover in Returned-goods inspections. Check input mappings, source evidence and failure handling before use.

What the documents look like

Reverse returned-goods warehouse inspections handle returned parcels and product grades, and they differ from outbound picking of new orders inside the warehouse. The data comes from the WMS returns module, platform after-sales, carrier return items, and the inspection station. The daily documents are returned-goods inbound notes, inspection photos, grade determination tables, and resale listing sheets.

Constraints at the conversation logs step

chatId is used to distinguish sessions. When a non-empty string is passed in, the system retrieves that session from the database and uses the last item in the messages array as the user question; the remaining messages are ignored. During handover, if only the conversation text is copied without recording chatId, the two records cannot be confirmed as belonging to the same session. responseChatItemId must be unique under the current chatId, and that value is stored in the database, so it can serve as a locator for a single response.

When run details are needed, set detail according to the official contract. When detail=true and stream=false, responseData stores module status and the complete result; when detail=true and stream=true, events distinguish the output, and flowResponses provides the complete node response. When detail=false, intermediate values are not returned. Fields that do not appear in the logs count as not provided, and the logs cannot be used to infer that business data has been fully retained.

Hypothetical drill sample

Material original one (returned-goods inbound note summary, paper): document number RT-2024-0871, item is a certain model of insulated cup, quantity 12, return date 2024-10-13, inspection station determined appearance grade B, and the determiner signature field is blank.

Material original two (inspection photo description, paper): 3 photos, corresponding to document number RT-2024-0871, shooting time 2024-10-13, and the description field says "the cup body has scratches, the cup lid is intact."

Draft sentence to be judged: Based on the above materials, RT-2024-0871 has passed inspection and is approved for resale listing.

This draft sentence turns "grade determined as B" and "photo description notes scratches" into "passed inspection and approved for resale listing." In the materials, the determiner signature field is blank, the resale listing sheet does not appear, and the authorization boundary is not stated, so this conclusion is unsupported.

Configuration and implementation checks

Configuration itemPurpose on this pageVerification method
chatIdDistinguish inspection sessions and associate the returned-goods inbound note numberWhether chatId is consistent for the same document number across two handovers
responseChatItemIdLocate a single response recordWhether the value is unique under the current chatId
detailDetermine whether intermediate values are returnedSet to true when run details are needed, and check responseData or flowResponses
appIdIdentify the application and use it with the keyWhether the appId in the request body matches the application associated with the key
authProxyRepresent a team member identityEnabled by the team owner; the proxy identity still needs target application and session permissions
sourceObtain sessions created by APIIn the list request, source=api, confirming that page sessions are not mixed in

The hypothetical test starting point on this page is that detail is set to true, because this check needs the module status in responseData, and the comparison object is that the same request does not return intermediate values when detail=false. This starting point is a setting for this paper drill, not an official default.

Three common errors

  1. Treating the inspection photo description in the logs as the inspection conclusion. The photo description records "the cup body has scratches," while the grade determination table records B, and the two are different fields. Execution check: take material original two and the draft sentence, and compare whether "scratches" and "passed inspection" are the same field with the same value.
  2. Treating grade determination B as authorization for resale. The grade determination table gives B, and the resale listing sheet does not appear. Reading B as "approved for resale listing" means treating a grade value as an authorization action. Execution check: take material original one and the draft sentence, and look for whether the resale listing sheet states the approving subject and date.
  3. Merging and calculating session records with different chatIds. If the two handovers have different chatIds, the conversation records point to different sessions. Merging the two records into one audit trail is mixing sessions. Execution check: take the chatId and responseChatItemId of the two handovers, and compare whether they point to the same session and the same response.

How to verify the setup

  1. Verification one: take material original one and the draft sentence. The inputs are document number RT-2024-0871, grade B, and a blank signature field; compare the draft sentence "has passed inspection" with the status of the determiner signature field in the material; the condition is met when the draft sentence is consistent with the material fields, but the current material does not provide a signature, so this conclusion remains to be verified.
  2. Verification two: take material original two and the draft sentence. The input is the photo description "the cup body has scratches, the cup lid is intact"; compare the draft sentence "approved for resale listing" with whether a resale listing sheet exists in the material; the condition is met when the resale listing sheet states the approving subject and date, but the current material does not show that sheet, so this conclusion is unsupported.
  3. Verification three: take the chatId and responseChatItemId of the two handovers. The inputs are two sets of identifiers; compare whether they are the same chatId and whether responseChatItemId is unique under the current chatId; the condition is met when the identifier is unique under the same chatId. If the chatIds differ, record them as two independent sessions and do not merge them for calculation.

Retrieval and similarity do not carry permissions or entity isolation. quoteList and score are used to display recalled content and do not mean the caller has the right to access the corresponding business records. For empty-result checks, an explicit paper input empty list can be used to observe whether downstream processing treats it as no content. Libraries across different vector models cannot be jointly associated; first check datasetId and model identifiers, exclude those that do not match, and record the actual observation.
