What the documents look like
For product questions in General import declarations, this page examines FastGPT vector indexes. Component material and surface-treatment entries cannot replace one another. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the vector indexes step
A proposed import specification says the connector body is metal and refers surface treatment to a process sheet. A packing remark describes a silver appearance. A coating question lacks process-type evidence: metal concerns body composition and silver concerns appearance. An entry that converts silver connector into a specific coating adds an attribute absent from original data. Material, appearance and treatment questions should trace to their own wording, without inferring process from colour or treating a missing process sheet as evidence that no treatment exists.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Original-data/index check | Specific subject relationship | Acceptance action |
|---|---|---|
| Body material | Metal connector | Do not expand into process type. |
| Appearance description | Silver | Do not infer a particular coating. |
| Process reference | Separate process sheet | Retain required source. |
| Entry information | Several entries target one passage | Inspect actual attribute coverage. |
| Process applicability | May concern another connector | Check component and specification. |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
Embedding model | Knowledge bases associated with one search node must use the same embedding model. |
Original data and indexes | One original data block can have multiple indexes. |
Index content | Index wording should be complete and focused. |
Image indexes | Where image retrieval is used, inspect descriptions or image vectors. |
Version and result check | After a change, reuse questions to compare originals. |
Three common errors
First, silver may become a confirmed coating; inspect the actual process description. Second, material and treatment entries may both target the metal-body sentence while appearing to answer two properties; inspect the content each target actually covers. Third, a similarly named entry may use a process sheet for another connector; inspect component identity and specification applicability. These require added-attribute, actual-information and original-subject checks. Different entry words do not establish different supporting evidence, and a process effect cannot be added merely to complete a technical-sounding description.
How to verify the setup
Acceptance should ask about body material, recorded colour and treatment evidence separately, inspecting which question each original sentence supports. Metal and silver can remain documented statements; treatment depends on the applicable process sheet. After addition, inspect original data and indexes before repeating questions, particularly whether returns still contain only the body sentence. Repeated targets should remain visibly repeated rather than counted as process verification. These are proposed reading tests and do not establish actual material testing, customs inspection or a finding about the physical goods beyond the supplied hypothetical wording.
