Three common errors
Investigate version selection and lost citation content as distinct issues. If the answer states flat packing while its actual citation contains only the earlier display sentence, check whether the inbound plan reached the answer and whether the reference identifies the intended material. If documents share a title, inspect their purposes and any explicit replacement statement. FastGPT source labels assist location but cannot establish applicability from the title.
