What the documents look like
For product questions in Amazon FBM fulfillment, this page examines FastGPT citation tracing. Long-handle identity and recipient-information confirmation do not supply a folding specification. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the citation tracing step
A proposed FBM selection packet contains a picking entry for a long-handled brush head, a dispatch record saying recipient information confirmed and an earlier description of a similarly named short-handled variant. A question about a folding handle needs structural wording for the long-handled variant. The picking entry identifies the variant, while the confirmation concerns a separate process. Shared brush terminology cannot combine these sources into a structural specification. The requested attribute therefore needs its own applicable passage, distinct from dispatch administration. Identifying the long-handled variant still says nothing about a handle joint. If structural material is later added, inspect whether folding describes the handle or a separate stand in the package. A folding term elsewhere on the same page cannot transfer that property to the brush without a matching component subject.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Task check | Material condition | Evidence action |
|---|---|---|
| Variant identity | Picking entry identifies long handle | Match question and entry identity. |
| Structural gap | Folding description not supplied | Obtain wording for the applicable variant. |
| Similar historical title | Short-handle source has similar name | Check for cross-variant citation. |
| Process boundary | Recipient information confirmed only | Do not infer dispatch or receipt. |
| Label and content | Correct source label may lack evidence | Inspect the passage actually supplied. |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
Associated knowledge bases | Knowledge bases associated with one search node must use the same embedding model. |
Citation output | The output is an array; an empty array can continue. |
Citation input handoff | Inspect citations actually received by the answer step. |
Citation display check | Trace displayed sources to their originals. |
Document-validity check | Inspect source identity and applicable version separately. |
Three common errors
The first error to investigate is citing the short-handled variant for a long-handle structural answer. Compare variant identity and the structural sentence itself. The second is displaying a long-handle source label while supplying only the recipient-information sentence to the answer. Inspect actual passage content rather than the label alone. With no folding description available, neither a folding nor a non-folding conclusion is established. Confirmed recipient information also cannot establish dispatch or receipt, so it should not enter the product-attribute conclusion as fulfilment evidence.
How to verify the setup
Acceptance should first identify the variant and then separate the structural question from the recipient-information status. A structural answer has a direct basis only when its citation contains the applicable long-handle description; otherwise it should name the material needed. The process answer should remain limited to information confirmation. Retain the actual citation array beside source text to detect an imported short-handle passage. Empty references call for investigation of retrieval scope and passage transfer, without deriving a product property or fulfilment stage from that result.
