What the documents look like
For product questions in Refund-only disputes, this page examines FastGPT vector indexes. A requester fragrance preference cannot become an attribute of the sold item. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the vector indexes step
A proposed refund-related product packet contains a request for a fragrance-free version, an order saying cleaning product with fragrance in a separate detail and an aftersales note saying concern received. A question about this order fragrance needs preference, purchased subject and receipt acknowledgement kept separate. An entry turning wants fragrance-free into fragrance-free product would add a sold attribute absent from the original. Shared product naming or a received concern cannot connect these sources into a specification, and the detail needed for the actual order remains unprovided.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Original-data/index check | Specific subject relationship | Acceptance action |
|---|---|---|
| Preference identity | Fragrance-free wanted | Do not turn into sold attribute. |
| Order subject | Fragrance separately detailed | Check this order correspondence. |
| Receipt acknowledgement | Concern received | Does not establish acceptance for processing or specifications. |
| Cross-order target | Another order detail may be used | Check transaction identity. |
| Repeated evidence | Several fragrance-free entries | Check whether they repeat one preference. |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
Embedding model | Knowledge bases associated with one search node must use the same embedding model. |
Original data and indexes | One original data block can have multiple indexes. |
Index content | Index wording should be complete and focused. |
Image indexes | Where image retrieval is used, inspect descriptions or image vectors. |
Version and result check | After a change, reuse questions to compare originals. |
Three common errors
First, a preference may be indexed as the order fragrance; inspect its applicable detail. Second, a fragrance question may target only the received-concern note; inspect whether it contains a product attribute or merely acknowledges receipt. Receipt does not establish acceptance for processing and cannot replace product details. Third, a similarly named entry may adopt fragrance-free detail from another order; inspect transaction and detail identity. These require attribute evidence, source type and order correspondence respectively. Receipt of a concern does not verify the assertion, while an absent detail establishes neither scented nor fragrance-free status for this specific purchased item.
How to verify the setup
Acceptance should ask what the requester wants, what the order states and whether fragrance evidence is supplied, tracing each entry to its wording. The demand and received concern can be described while actual fragrance remains unresolved, without presenting an inspection result. After detail is added, inspect processing and index state before comparing same-question citations so the older preference no longer stands in for specifications. Several entries containing fragrance-free may repeat one preference passage; they cannot be counted as independent product evidence simply because the same term appears in multiple routes.
