What the documents look like
For product questions in Warehouse picking and packing, this page examines FastGPT vector indexes. Location labels, handling containers and product names cannot combine into a specification. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the vector indexes step
A proposed warehouse label says Blue Zone handling crate, while a separate product list says frosted bottle and a relocation note says labels follow location updates. A question about bottle colour lacks a colour attribute. Blue Zone names a storage area and crate names a handling container. An entry saying blue frosted bottle would transfer a place term into the product. Preserve location, container and item originals separately. Their physical proximity cannot establish colour or a fixed specification, and relocation cannot itself establish a change to the product.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Original-data/index check | Specific subject relationship | Acceptance action |
|---|---|---|
| Place name | Blue Zone | Do not turn into colour. |
| Container identity | Handling crate | Do not merge with bottle. |
| Product content | Frosted bottle lacks colour | Retain attribute gap. |
| Older location entry | May remain searchable after relocation | Check actual target applicability. |
| Label update | Location and item identity checked separately | Compare originals and citations. |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
Embedding model | Knowledge bases associated with one search node must use the same embedding model. |
Original data and indexes | One original data block can have multiple indexes. |
Index content | Index wording should be complete and focused. |
Image indexes | Where image retrieval is used, inspect descriptions or image vectors. |
Version and result check | After a change, reuse questions to compare originals. |
Three common errors
First, Blue Zone may be indexed as bottle colour; inspect the original roles of place and attribute. Second, a bottle question may target the handling-crate label; inspect whether the original concerns a container. Third, after relocation, an older location entry may still be treated as product identity; compare updated label, index target and actual citation. These require term-role, physical-subject and update-correspondence checks. A warehouse short name cannot establish material or colour, and continued searchability of an entry cannot establish that the older location remains applicable.
How to verify the setup
Acceptance should ask what the location label names, which object handles goods and what the product list states, checking entry and citation subjects. Keep bottle colour unresolved rather than deriving it from Blue Zone. After relocation material is added, inspect actual originals and indexes before same-question comparison. Uploading a file does not establish that older entries were handled. Several location routes for one item cannot mean its specification changes with location; trace each to the wording actually identified and preserve the distinction between finding an item and describing its properties.
