Dealer ordering events: workflow routing for product questions

Review workflow routing for product questions in Dealer ordering events. Check document scope, failure paths and source evidence through controlled tests.

What the documents look like

Dealer ordering events serve offline dealer reservations and do not directly manage platform storefronts. Work on product information and selection questions draws on four document types: the ordering handbook, which records product specifications and policies; the ordering contract, which records the parties and quantities; the sample list, which records physical item numbers; and the credit approval record, which records quota status. These materials update by quarter and by year. Workflow routing has to handle field correspondences that cross these documents, because a selection answer, a contract status and a credit status can each sit in a different file and at a different stage.

Constraints at the workflow routing step

The Form Input node is a user interaction node. When it triggers, the conversation enters an interaction state and the workflow state is recorded. After the user completes the required information and submits, the node collects what was entered and passes it to later nodes. The User Selection node is also a user interaction node. When the user makes a choice, the node evaluates that choice and executes the corresponding "yes" branch. Both nodes can be added repeatedly and both trigger execution.

Collected information must be passed explicitly to later retrieval, judgment or interface nodes. Order writing, document backfill and external status synchronization require a separate business interface or a later process. Retrieval and form submission do not constitute authorized execution. This page addresses only workflow routing for product information and selection questions at brand dealer ordering events.

Hypothetical paper exercise sample. Material text: "Dealer A submitted a selection answer at this quarter's ordering event; the selected product number is SP-001 and the quantity is 200 units. The credit approval record shows that this dealer's credit status for the quarter is pending review. The ordering contract text has not been signed." Draft sentence to be assessed: "Dealer A has completed this quarter's order and the selection answer has passed credit approval." Comparing the draft sentence with the material text: the selection answer was submitted, the credit status is pending review, and the contract is unsigned. The statements "has completed this quarter's order" and "has passed credit approval" are therefore unsupported. Pending review does not demonstrate the absence of operating authority, and signing, cooperation reached and contract effectiveness are three distinct facts.

Configuration and implementation checks

Configuration itemSetting or check contentRelation to this page's documents
Form Input nodeCollect the product number and quantity from the selection answer; pass them to later nodes after submissionCorresponds to fields in the ordering handbook and sample list
User Selection nodeSet a "yes" branch for the selection answer; verify each branch connection individuallyCorresponds to the dealer's selection confirmation action
Output handoff checkPoint form output explicitly to a later retrieval or judgment node; compare each input and output itemCorresponds to later checks against the ordering contract and credit approval
Interaction state checkRecord status as behavior of the interaction nodes; no separate global state-recording switch is setCorresponds to the waiting stage of Form Input and User Selection
External action divisionOrder writing, document backfill and external status synchronization connect to a separate business interfaceCorresponds to downstream implementation of credit approval and contract signing

Hypothetical trial starting value: set the selection answer quantity field to 200 units, because that value matches the sample material. Compare it with the minimum order quantity for that product number in the ordering handbook. If the handbook does not state a minimum order quantity, record that as a gap.

Three common errors

  1. Treating form submission as credit approval. Input: credit status "pending review" in the sample. Comparison: the draft sentence "has passed credit approval". Observable result: the status field remains pending review and does not meet a passed condition.
  2. Treating a retrieval result as authorized execution. Input: a retrieval hit on the selection answer. Comparison: the order-writing action. Observable result: with no business interface connected, no write occurs.
  3. Treating the User Selection "yes" branch as a completed contract signature. Input: the unsigned contract in the sample. Comparison: the draft sentence "has completed this quarter's order". Observable result: the signature status is missing and the statement is unsupported.

How to verify the setup

  1. Enter the sample material text and the draft sentence. Compare "has completed this quarter's order" with the unsigned contract field. The observable result is that the draft sentence is unsupported.
  2. Enter the sample material text and the draft sentence. Compare "has passed credit approval" with the credit status "pending review". The observable result is that the draft sentence is unsupported.
  3. Enter the sample material text and the draft sentence. Compare the selection answer quantity of 200 units with the minimum order quantity in the ordering handbook. If the handbook does not state one, record the gap and do not judge a pass or a conflict.

For an empty-result handoff, a paper input of [] can be used to check the downstream design; this does not assert that any fictional rule retrieval returns []. Retrieval libraries using different vector models cannot be associated jointly. Check identifiers first and exclude those that do not match, rather than running a cross-model retrieval to compare missed recalls. Semantic recall and relevance scores do not carry permission or entity isolation, and a retrieval library sharing a vector model requirement does not extend that requirement to other external systems.
