What the documents look like
Store cold-chain receiving for fresh products operates on a different evidence base from produce sourcing. The relevant materials are cold-chain vehicle temperature control, WMS records, the store receiving system and quality inspection photographs. The daily documents are cold-chain temperature records, arrival acceptance sheets, rejection notes and supplier delivery notes. Update frequency is per batch and daily. These materials set the input boundary for product questions at this step: temperature records and batch information feed the acceptance judgment, while origin price inquiry sits outside this stage.
In workflow routing, the Form Input node and the User Selection node are both user interaction nodes. When either is triggered, the conversation enters an interaction state, the workflow state is recorded, and execution continues after the user completes the interaction. The Form Input node collects required information and passes it to later nodes. The User Selection node judges the user's choice and executes the corresponding branch. Routing for product questions requires connecting these two node types to later retrieval, judgment or interface nodes item by item.
Constraints at the workflow routing step
Acceptance material status and authorization boundaries require separate handling. Form completion and user selection produce collected interaction values only. They do not constitute acceptance approval, an effective rejection or an authorization release. Order writing, document backfill and external status synchronization require a separate business interface or a later process.
Hypothetical drill sample: a store receiving team receives a cold-chain arrival on 10 June 2025. The source materials read: "The cold-chain temperature record shows a transport temperature of 2 to 6 degrees Celsius; the arrival acceptance sheet states batch A-0610, 40 boxes in total; the quality inspection photograph is numbered QC-0610-03." A draft sentence pending judgment reads: "This batch has passed acceptance and may proceed to warehousing." The draft sentence lacks an acceptance conclusion field and an authorized signature record, so it is unsupported.
Interaction waiting, state recording and dialog hiding follow the documented behavior; no separate global state-recording switch is introduced. The same-vector-model requirement for a retrieval library applies only to that library itself and does not extend to business registration sites or other external systems. A relevance score does not carry permission or entity isolation duties, and retrieval does not constitute authorization. An empty-result handoff can be checked against the explicit paper input [] when reviewing downstream design; no claim is made that a fictional rule retrieval necessarily returns [].
Configuration and implementation checks
The table below concerns this page's sample and lists only documented settings or implementation check items. The hypothetical starting values serve this paper comparison only and are not official defaults.
| Configuration item | Hypothetical starting point for this exercise | Check method and reason |
|---|---|---|
| Form Input node fields | Batch number, temperature range, box count, quality inspection photo number | Compare item by item with the arrival acceptance sheet fields; record missing items as pending verification |
| User Selection node branches | Yes branch maps to "continue verification"; No branch maps to "supplement materials" | Verify branch connections one by one; do not treat the selection result as an acceptance conclusion |
| Interaction state check | After triggering, the conversation enters the interaction state and the workflow state is recorded | Observe whether the conversation enters the interaction state; no separate global switch is introduced |
| Output handoff check | Collected information is passed to a later retrieval or judgment node | Compare output and input item by item; confirm the field mapping is complete |
| External operation division | Warehousing, backfill and synchronization connect to a separate business interface | Check whether the interface exists; record as not implemented when it is absent |
| Retrieval library identifier check | Check whether the vector model identifier is consistent | Exclude inconsistent identifiers; do not run cross-model retrieval to compare missed recall |
Three common errors
- Treating form completion or user selection as acceptance authorization. Input is the draft sentence from the sample, "This batch has passed acceptance and may proceed to warehousing." The comparison object is whether the arrival acceptance sheet states an acceptance conclusion and an authorized signature. The observable result is that the draft sentence lacks the corresponding fields, so it is judged unsupported.
- Treating a relevance score as a permission or entity filter. Input is a retrieval request for batch A-0610. The comparison object is whether the returned records fall within that store's authorized scope. The observable result is that the score level does not change record ownership, so the authorization identifier requires a separate check.
- Treating interaction state recording as a global state switch. Input is the conversation after the Form Input node is triggered. The comparison object is the interaction state behavior described in the documentation. The observable result is that state recording is node behavior, and no global switch configuration item is found.
How to verify the setup
- For the sample source text "The cold-chain temperature record shows a transport temperature of 2 to 6 degrees Celsius; the arrival acceptance sheet states batch A-0610, 40 boxes in total; the quality inspection photograph is numbered QC-0610-03," the input is the draft sentence "This batch has passed acceptance and may proceed to warehousing." Compare whether the draft sentence carries an acceptance conclusion field and an authorized signature field. The expected phenomenon is that the fields are missing, the judgment is unsupported, and the evidence gap is retained.
- For the sample retrieval request, the input is batch A-0610 and the store receiving team identifier. Compare whether the returned records match the authorized scope. The expected phenomenon is that the score does not change ownership; if the identifier does not match, exclude the record and log the actual observation.
- For the batch number, temperature range, box count and quality inspection photo number collected by the Form Input node, the input is the later judgment node. Compare whether the output fields correspond item by item with the input fields. The expected phenomenon is a complete mapping; if an empty result appears, the downstream design can be checked against the paper input [], without claiming that an empty result necessarily occurs.
