What the documents look like
Payment risk control for cross-border standalone stores centers on card network disputes and receiving accounts. The working materials are chargeback notices, fraud order lists, invoices, and proof of carrier delivery. These arrive from Stripe or PayPal back offices, Shopify orders, carrier signature records, and customer service email. The brief states a daily and per-order update frequency; where that frequency does not change the routing behavior on this page, it is not restated as a synchronization mechanism.
For product information and selection questions, the task is to turn the subject, order number, amount, delivery status, and time range in those materials into checkable inputs, then hand the remaining gaps to interactive nodes in the workflow. A risk control specialist and a financial settlement role attend to different fields, so a form input node and a user selection node need to carry different fields rather than one node absorbing both.
Constraints at the workflow routing step
The form input node is a user interaction node. When it triggers, the conversation enters an interaction state, the workflow state is recorded, and after the user completes the required fields and submits, the node collects the submitted form information and passes it to later nodes. The user selection node is also a user interaction node. It triggers the same interaction state, and when the user makes a choice, the node evaluates that choice and executes the "yes" branch. Both nodes collect values or direct flow. Order writes, document backfill, and external status synchronization require a separate business interface or a later process. A retrieval result or a submitted form does not constitute authorization to act.
Libraries built on different vector models cannot be associated together. The identifier must be checked first and non-matching libraries excluded; cross-model retrieval is not run to compare missed recall.
Hypothetical paper exercise sample. Source material text: "Chargeback notice DN-2024-0417, order SO-8891, amount 320 USD, card network dispute stage recorded as submitted; proof of delivery shows signature by the recipient in person on 2 April 2024." Draft sentence to be judged: "This order already has complete defense evidence and the chargeback appeal can be submitted." The source text does not state the appeal authorizer or the submission deadline. The draft sentence lacks a basis in authorization and in time limit, so it is unsupported.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Configuration item | Setting or check relevant to this page | Relation to the sample |
|---|---|---|
| Form input node | Enters interaction state on trigger, collects required information, passes it to later nodes | Collects the order number and chargeback notice number |
| User selection node | Executes the "yes" branch after the user makes a choice | Selects whether to add proof of delivery |
| Interaction state check | Recording state is behavior of the interaction node; no separate global switch is documented | Checks that the sample enters the interaction state and that state is recorded |
| Output handoff check | Passes collected information explicitly to a later retrieval, judgment, or interface node | Compares output fields against form input fields |
| External action split | Order writes and external synchronization require a separate business interface | Appeal submission is not completed inside these nodes |
| Hypothetical trial starting value | Uses the sample order amount of 320 USD as the comparison starting point | Compared item by item against the chargeback notice amount |
Three common errors
- Treating a retrieval result as an authorization credential. In the sample, the proof of delivery shows only the fact of delivery. It does not show that an appeal has been authorized, so the authorization gap must be recorded.
- Treating the "yes" branch of the user selection node as a business approval. That branch indicates flow direction only. It does not indicate that a chargeback appeal has been submitted or approved.
- Using the order number collected by the form input node directly for cross-model library association. The identifier must be checked first and non-matching libraries excluded; cross-model retrieval is not run to compare missed recall.
How to verify the setup
- Enter the sample source text and the draft sentence, then compare whether the draft sentence exceeds the authorization and time limit stated in the source. If the draft sentence claims an appeal can be submitted while the source names no authorizer, the result is unsupported.
- Enter a form with a required field empty, or with an order number that does not match the chargeback notice number, then compare the node output against the input fields. If an output field is missing or does not match the input, check the output handoff configuration.
- Enter a choice of "no" at the user selection node, then compare whether the later branch still executes the appeal submission path. If it still executes, check the branch connections and the external action split.
These checks describe expected observations. No test, deployment, approval, or submission has been performed.
