What the documents look like
For after-sales questions in MCN operations, this page examines FastGPT shared access. Share the relevant handling summary with a creator while testing other-account boundaries and distinguishing notice, appeal and actual result. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the shared access step
A proposed service entry gives one creator a summary of required material, excluding other creators’ contracts and internal review records. Inspect visible originals through the complete link, then ask about another account. Retain paraphrased external terms or handling details to investigate grants. Shared agency membership supplies no sharing basis. The entry identifier locates a conversation without verifying creator identity or granting all long-term account sources.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Service-share check | Creator handling summary | Acceptance action |
|---|---|---|
| Account scope | Required material and current task | Original in receiving environment |
| Restricted source | Exclude other contracts and internal reviews | Full responses and denial scope |
| Stage distinction | Separate notice, appeal and restoration | Follow-up is not withdrawn handling |
| Across devices | Account and prior question across environments | Provide missing question and source |
| Execution responsibility | Answer submits or changes nothing | Inspect results and identity conditions |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
Login-free window | Copy the complete generated sharing link. |
Expiry and QPM | QPM is the per-user requests-per-minute limit. |
Credit limit | Inspect usage and charging conditions by entry and edition. |
Identity verification | Third-party authentication has commercial-edition restrictions. |
Conversation-history boundary | Anonymous identity depends on the same device and browser. |
Three common errors
- If this entry reads another creator’s contract or review, retain passages and full response to inspect grants. Shared agency membership does not authorize cross-creator sources.
- If a phone-to-computer follow-up lacks account and prior question, inspect actual history and obtain the current source. Retain any borrowed outcome rather than assuming anonymous continuity.
- If notice, appeal submission or follow-up becomes account restoration, inspect the formal result and input. Distinguish unavailable results from omitted delivery; a summary is no withdrawn handling.
How to verify the setup
Test the intended summary, another contract and internal records for reads and denials, retaining originals and current-version limits. External creator identity validation needs commercial capability and interface returns rather than identity inferred from a link. Answers can organize required steps without submitting an appeal or changing platform status. Cooperation responsibility and restoration need actual notices and owner confirmation. A completed shared conversation establishes no resolved account issue; retain unknown stages explicitly.
