General import declarations: after-sales questions with workflow routing

Review workflow routing for after-sales questions in General import declarations. Check input mappings, source evidence and failure handling before use.

What the documents look like

For after-sales questions in General import declarations, this page examines FastGPT workflow routing. Compare the material received with the sources used in the answer. The examples are hypothetical.

Constraints at the workflow routing step

Import-arrival information and receiving acceptance are different evidence objects. A proposed ordinary-text record can provide an arrival notice while stating that recipient acknowledgment is unavailable. After collecting it and the inquiry, inspect transfer of the source situation so arrival has not become customer receipt. Use the bill of lading, contract and payment material within their actual wording; transport arrangements or a payment method do not establish completed delivery and service obligations.

Three common errors

If an inquiry combines transport status with a product issue, design separate choices to obtain logistics records, inspect receiving material or hand the question to a product-source owner. Test each connected recipient and retain the goods-to-document relationship. Selecting a route does not replace acceptance, responsibility review or service approval. Even a received statement agreeing to handle an issue needs its author and applicable scope checked. A warehouse receipt covering an aggregate lot does not determine whether the customer’s order was received when no order-to-lot correspondence is supplied. Inspect the record’s coverage and any text linking that order with the lot, retaining the unresolved part. After choosing warehouse follow-up, inspect its actual receipt of the inquiry; a route name is insufficient evidence of goods receipt.

How to verify the setup

Record missing acknowledgment, acceptance or applicable service terms with a responsible provider. After supplementation, repeat the question and inspect downstream input and citations, retaining matters still unsupported. A transport-query or service task requires separate verification of external-interface permissions, response and actual task record. Continued workflow execution describes a technical path state; it does not establish received goods or completed business processing.
