What the documents look like
Picking, checking and packing inside a warehouse handle outbound orders rather than supplier arrivals. The working records are wave picking lists, check records, shipping labels and packaging material sheets, drawn from the warehouse management system, the order system, the electronic label platform and weighing equipment. Errors here surface as wrong or missing shipments, damaged parcels and after-sales compensation, so an after-sales answer needs to be tied back to the documents of one specific order.
Conversation logs and audit at this step connect one after-sales exchange to a target document. In the documented chat interface, the run detail is controlled by the detail parameter, and in non-stream mode the result is held in responseData. The existence of a log does not by itself show that the full business record has been retained, and a field that is not returned cannot be assumed to have been stored.
Constraints at the conversation logs step
Session identity is separated by chatId, conversation identity by dataId, and application identity by appId. Sessions created through different entrances have different sources: source=api returns only sessions created through the API, and clearing application sessions clears only sessions created through an API key, leaving sessions from online use, share links and other sources in place. Checking must confirm the target conversation through chatId and must not merge sessions from different entrances.
When run detail is needed, set detail according to the documented contract. With detail=true and stream=false, the response values of different modules in responseData may differ between versions, so the returned values should be recorded first and then inspected. Field meaning follows what the interface actually returns.
Retrieval and similarity do not carry permission or entity isolation, and retrieval is not authorization. Reconciliation, retention and compliance requirements are handled by a complete business plan separately.
Hypothetical paper exercise, not a real business case:
Material text one, wave picking list fragment: "Wave number W-0311, order O-8821, item A quantity 2, picker confirmed, status picked and awaiting check."
Material text two, check record fragment: "Order O-8821, checker confirmed item A quantity 2, weighed 0.48 kilograms, status check passed, time 11 March 14:00."
Draft sentence to be judged: "Order O-8821 has completed packing and outbound, and the parcel has been handed to the carrier."
Comparing the two materials, the subject is the same order O-8821, and the stages present are picked and awaiting check, and check passed. Neither material states packing completion, outbound, or handover to a carrier. The draft sentence goes beyond the states the materials record.
Configuration and implementation checks
The table below lists documented settings or implementation check items related to this feature and to order fulfilment and after-sales answering, using the sample above. The values are starting points for this hypothetical trial, not official defaults.
| Configuration item | Starting point for this trial | Reason and comparison object |
|---|---|---|
body.appId | Fill in the target application ID | Documented as recommended in the request body to determine application identity |
chatId | Use the session ID matching the sample order | Documented as shorter than 250 and required to be unique by the caller |
responseChatItemId | Set a unique value for the sample conversation | Documented as unique within the current chatId |
detail | Set to true | Documented as set when run detail is needed |
stream | Set to false | Paired with detail=true, with the result held in responseData |
loadCustomFeedbacks | Set to true | Documented optional parameter when reading the conversation list for feedback |
Three common errors
- Treating check passed as completed packing and outbound. The sample materials state check passed only, and state neither packing nor handover. The check takes the two material texts and the draft sentence as input, compares whether the state described in the draft sentence appears in the materials, and records that a state not stated in the materials is unsupported.
- Merging sessions from different sources into one count. If the sample holds both API-source and page-source sessions, the check takes each
chatIdandsourcevalue as input, compares whether they are placed in the same session set, and records that different sources cannot be counted together. - Treating retrieval similarity as a permission filter. The check takes a query about an unrelated order as input, compares whether the returned content is excluded by the similarity setting, and records that similarity does not carry entity or permission isolation, so the expectation does not hold.
How to verify the setup
- Identity check. Input the sample
appId,chatIdandresponseChatItemId, compare the request body fields with the target application and target conversation, and treat the condition as met when the three refer to the same target. Record a gap when a value is not provided. - Run detail check. Input a request with
detail=trueandstream=false, compare whether the returnedresponseDatacontains the corresponding module record, and treat the condition as met when it does. Specific fields follow the actual return, and a field that is not returned is recorded as unknown. - Draft sentence check. Input material text one, material text two and the draft sentence to be judged, compare whether the subject, stage and date range stated in the draft sentence are all covered by the materials, and treat the condition as met when they are. In the sample, packing and outbound, and handover to a carrier, are not covered, so the judgement is unsupported and remains to be confirmed.
All of the above is a paper checking design. No test was actually run, and no deployment, approval, refund or synchronization action took place.
