What the documents look like
For after-sales questions in Certificates of origin, this page examines FastGPT HTTP integrations. Application identity, issuance feedback and customer reception concern different stages. Reading a document establishes its availability without supplying the missing links in the institution’s handling and delivery process. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the HTTP integrations step
A certificate-service inquiry can separate application, issuance, dispatch and customer receipt. Proposed material supplies application and production passages without issuance feedback or reception evidence. A real external contract must define subjects, conditions and available records rather than assuming connected application and logistics systems. An application document does not establish issuance, and shared product names do not make separate applications interchangeable.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Service-reading check | Proposed material | Required evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Application mismatch | Earlier certificate in this response | Inspect identity and version before removal |
| Issuing stage | Submission without processing feedback | Not rewritten as issued |
| Dispatch and receipt | Transport separate from reception | Obtain corresponding reception source |
| Actual request | Subject and conditions under the contract | Response concerns this application |
| External handling | Separate amendment, redispatch or submission | Query is not institutional acceptance |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
Request address and method | The request address and method follow the external contract. |
Params and Headers | Inspect parameters, headers and authentication separately. |
| Body | Where a JSON body is used, validate its structure against the external contract. |
Variable references | Variables can come from global, system or upstream outputs. |
Debug identity fields | Test mode lacks chatId and responseChatItemId. |
Three common errors
Earlier certificate returned for this application: An earlier certificate returned for this application requires identity and version checks before removal. Submission mistaken for issued certificate: Submitted material described as issued needs this application’s issuing response. Dispatch mistaken for customer receipt: A dispatch record described as customer receipt needs corresponding reception evidence. These concern subject, institutional stage and delivery result; an HTTP response fills none of the gaps or determines certificate validity.
How to verify the setup
Retain application, source coverage, actual sent conditions and response. Repeat after corresponding feedback arrives without borrowing another batch. Check parameters, headers and any appropriate body under the external contract without public credentials. Amendments, redispatch or business submissions require separate authority and receipts. Reading establishes neither institutional acceptance, original-document receipt nor clearance, and an empty result does not establish that no application occurred.
