What the documents look like
Member private-domain operations work with customer data and repeat-purchase outreach rather than store scheduling. The main sources are the CRM system, enterprise messaging, POS purchase records, and mini-program behavior data. The everyday documents are member tag tables, outreach plans, coupon rules, and privacy authorization records. In order fulfillment and after-sales question handling, a single conversation may touch order status, refund progress, coupon redemption results, and the scope of an authorization.
The objects that conversation logs and audit work with are the fulfillment or after-sales question a user raises in one session, the answer the system returns, and the fields inside the run detail. In this category, the consequences of error include outreach harassment complaints, uncontrolled coupon cost, and member churn, so log checking must keep session identities separate and must not merge sessions from different entry points into one count. The stated data update frequency is daily and weekly; this page's function does not depend on batch synchronization or real-time triggering, so that topic is left out.
Constraints at the conversation logs step
Conversation identity is checked against the target conversation and the business record by combining chatId. When run detail is needed, set detail according to the official contract and inspect responseData. Field meanings must be checked against the log and the fields the interface actually returns; business data that is not returned cannot be assumed to be fully retained. Identity fields in test mode may differ, so input, history, and returned content are each checked separately. Reconciliation, retention, and compliance requirements are carried out by a complete business plan; the existence of a log does not mean a compliance audit is complete.
Hypothetical drill sample (paper material, not a real record):
Source text one: the member tag table states "Member number M-2041, tag: pending refund order follow-up, update date 2025-03-10." Source text two: the outreach plan states "Plan number T-77, target: M-2041, item: order fulfillment question handling, status is pending review." Proposed sentence: "M-2041's refund has been processed to completion, and outreach plan T-77 has been executed."
Decision points: the material shows only a tag and a pending-review status. It does not state a refund outcome and does not state that T-77 has been executed. The proposed sentence treats pending review as executed and treats the tag as a completed refund, so it is unsupported. It is also necessary to check whether the chatId corresponds to the M-2041 conversation; if the chatId is missing, session identity cannot be confirmed and the record has a gap.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Configuration item | Documented setting or implementation check | Relation to the sample |
|---|---|---|
| chatId | When a non-empty string, the conversation is fetched by chatId; length under 250; uniqueness must be ensured independently | Checks the M-2041 session identity; a missing value is a record gap |
| detail | Set detail=true when intermediate values or the complete result are needed | Checks whether responseData contains the fulfillment question node |
| responseChatItemId | When passed, it becomes the response message ID for this turn and must be unique under the current chatId | Links the response item that the proposed sentence refers to |
| source | When fetching the conversation list, source=api returns only sessions created through the API | Separates entry points and avoids merging page sessions into the count |
| loadCustomFeedbacks | Optional when reading the conversation list | Checks whether the feedback field exists; draws no business conclusion from it |
| Hypothetical trial starting point | This paper check takes pageSize=10 as a starting point because the sample holds only two records, compared against the total value | This is a one-time assumption, not an official default |
Three common errors
- Treating pending review as executed. Source text two has status pending review, while the proposed sentence says "has been executed." Check: input source text two, compare the status field with the verb in the proposed sentence; when the status is pending review, the proposed sentence does not hold.
- Treating a tag as business completion. Source text one carries the tag "pending refund order follow-up," while the proposed sentence says "refund has been processed to completion." Check: input source text one, compare the tag wording with the conclusion in the proposed sentence; when the tag states no outcome, the conclusion is unsupported.
- Using similarity in place of identity checking. Retrieval returns a score field, but score does not carry session identity or permission filtering. Check: input the chatId and the target session, compare whether the chatId matches; a high or low score does not change the identity decision.
How to verify the setup
- Input source text one, source text two, and the proposed sentence, then compare whether the proposed sentence states only the subject, object, and status that the source texts record. When the proposed sentence contains "processed to completion" or "has been executed" while the source is pending review, the judgment is unsupported.
- Input the chatId and the M-2041 session, then compare whether the session identity corresponds. When the chatId is missing or points to another session, record the identity gap and do not assume the log is complete.
- Input the paper request with detail=true and the returned responseData, then compare whether the fulfillment question node field is present. When the return holds no corresponding node, record the field gap and do not assume the business data is retained. For an empty-result handoff, a paper input of [] can be used to check the downstream design, without claiming that retrieval must return empty.
