Livestream sample inspections: workflow routing for multilingual work

Review workflow routing for multilingual work in Livestream sample inspections. Check input mappings, source evidence and failure handling before use.

What the documents look like

Sample inspection for livestream product selection happens before a broadcast. The judgment concerns whether a product can be sold on air and whether it suits live demonstration. Four source types feed this judgment: supplier materials, testing agency reports, platform negative catalogues, and historical return rates. Everyday documents include sample evaluation forms, quality inspection reports, supplier qualifications, and prohibited-sale lists. The brief gives a weekly and per-item update frequency for these materials. This page does not derive batch synchronization, full synchronization, real-time triggers, or transaction-triggered mechanisms from that frequency.

The cross-border materials and multilingual retrieval task brings documents in different languages into one workflow for selection managers, supply chain business development staff, and quality inspection specialists to check at the front end. Document language, testing agency region, and qualification validity period together determine whether a material can move to the next stage.

Constraints at the workflow routing step

When the form input node triggers, the conversation enters an interactive state, collects required information, and passes that information to later nodes after submission. The user selection node judges the user's choice and executes the corresponding "yes" branch. Both nodes are user interaction nodes; when triggered, the dialog box is hidden and the node records the state. Retrieval results and form values do not by themselves constitute authorization. Qualification verification, approval, database writes, and external status synchronization require a separate business interface or a later process.

Libraries across different vector models cannot be associated together. The model identifier must be checked first and non-matching libraries excluded. Image retrieval requires a corresponding image input and model capability. Reranking requires a model and must be enabled according to settings. An empty result can be carried downstream using the explicit paper input [] to check the downstream design.

Hypothetical exercise sample: the source text supplied for checking reads — "The sample evaluation form submitted by Supplier A (number SY-0417) states: the sample is a portable juicer cup, submission date 10 March 2025, testing agency report number JC-2025-0310, report conclusion states compliance with platform negative catalogue requirements; supplier qualification document number ZZ-2025-008, valid until 9 March 2026; prohibited-sale list version for week 14 of 2025 does not include this category." One draft sentence awaiting judgment reads: "The qualification for this sample is within its validity period and can enter the broadcast schedule." The draft sentence does not state who approves the broadcast schedule and attaches no approval record.

Configuration and implementation checks

Configuration itemSetting or check item on this pageRelation to the sample
Form input nodeEnters interactive state on trigger, collects required informationCollects sample number, report number, qualification number
User selection nodeExecutes the "yes" branch after the user makes a choiceUsed for the branch decision "enter the next stage"
Information passingPasses information to later retrieval, judgment, or interface nodes after submissionPasses fields such as SY-0417 to the retrieval node
Retrieval scopeTarget library must be accessible; cross-model libraries require identifier check firstChecks the model identifier of the library holding report JC-2025-0310
Empty result handlingUses the paper input [] to check the downstream designSimulates the downstream path when the prohibited-sale list returns no match
External operation divisionOrder writes, document backfill, and external synchronization connect to separate interfacesBroadcast schedule approval is not completed inside this workflow

This page sets no numeric configuration starting value. The numbers and dates in the sample are used for the hypothetical exercise and do not come from real records.

Three common errors

  1. Treating a retrieval hit as a verified qualification. In the sample, report JC-2025-0310 being retrieved only shows that the text sits in an accessible library; it does not show that the report conclusion has been confirmed by the business. Check method: input the report number, compare the retrieved text against the conclusion field of the original report, and observe whether the two agree. When they disagree or the original is missing, record the gap.
  2. Treating form submission as completed approval. The sample draft sentence says "can enter the broadcast schedule," while the form collected only numbers and contains no approval subject or approval status. Check method: input the draft sentence, compare whether an approval subject, approval time, and approval conclusion appear in it, and observe whether all three are present. Missing items count as unsupported.
  3. Associating libraries across different vector models. The sample report and prohibited-sale list may sit in different libraries. Check method: input the two library identifiers, compare whether their vector model identifiers are the same, and associate them together only when identical. When different, exclude the non-matching library and record the actual observation without inferring missed recall or redundant results.

How to verify the setup

  • Verification one: input "qualification document number ZZ-2025-008, valid until 9 March 2026" from the sample source text, compare the draft sentence "the qualification for this sample is within its validity period" against the date field in the source, and observe whether the draft sentence's date falls inside the source validity range. Falling inside the range only means that field agrees; it does not mean approval is complete.
  • Verification two: input the sample draft sentence "can enter the broadcast schedule" and compare whether the sentence states an approval subject, approval time, and approval conclusion. All three present is the condition for the scheduling wording; when absent, record as pending verification and do not judge as negative.
  • Verification three: input the paper empty result [], compare whether the downstream node handles it along the empty-result branch, and observe whether the downstream contains a field reference that depends on a non-empty result. A reference present means empty-value handling must be attached; this item is a paper check and makes no claim that an actual retrieval returned an empty set.

All three verifications use the hypothetical exercise sample as input. Expected results follow the conditions above and were not actually executed.
