What the documents look like
For after-sales questions in After-sales repairs and reships, this page examines FastGPT shared access. Inspect the current request in repair-reshipment shares, separating parts dispatch, carrier collection and customer receipt. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the shared access step
A proposed summary states that this request was registered and parts handoff awaits review, excluding addresses, other orders and internal dispute comments. Inspect recipient passages through the complete link, preserving item and current request before restricted-source tests. Entry credentials establish no actual recipient identity; required validation depends on verified commercial capability. Customer requests, warehouse notes and carrier records support different things. Created does not mean collected, and reshipment establishes neither repair responsibility nor breach. Describe only the supported stage rather than expanding the summary into an outcome.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Repair-reshipment share | Current progress scope | Inspection evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Public summary | Registered request and pending handoff | Item and request passages |
| Restricted sources | Addresses, other inspections and disputes | Full answer and denial |
| Device follow-up | Current request behind receipt question | History and supplementation |
| Logistics stages | Separate creation, dispatch, collection and receipt | Current evidence for each stage |
| Handling boundary | Sharing arranges no dispatch or dispute closure | Authority and actual receipts |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
Login-free window | Copy the complete generated sharing link. |
Expiry and QPM | QPM is the per-user requests-per-minute limit. |
Credit limit | Inspect usage and charging conditions by entry and edition. |
Identity verification | Third-party authentication has commercial-edition restrictions. |
Conversation-history boundary | Anonymous identity depends on the same device and browser. |
Three common errors
- If this summary returns addresses, another inspection or internal disputes, retain full answers and source identity. Shared replacement parts authorize no cross-order disclosure.
- If a phone asks about receipt without the current request, inspect history and obtain the prior question. Anonymous identity cannot automatically substitute an earlier signature status.
- If registered requests or dispatched parts become carrier collection and customer receipt, obtain current handoff and reception evidence separately. An earlier stage executes no later action.
How to verify the setup
Test public progress, other-order sources and personal information for reads and denials, retaining passages, versions and scope. Separate obtained carrier evidence omitted from input from collection that has not occurred; renewal creates no logistics outcome. Repeat object-free questions across devices and inspect requests for item and current application. Sharing approves no reshipment, arranges no warehouse dispatch and closes no dispute. Execution needs authority and receipts. Keep unsupported stages pending rather than answered service establishing resolved delivery or responsibility.
