Cross-border settlements: after-sales questions with multi-turn prompts

Review multi-turn prompts for after-sales questions in Cross-border settlements. Check input mappings, source evidence and failure handling before use.

What the documents look like

For after-sales questions in Cross-border settlements, this page examines FastGPT multi-turn prompts. Distinguish refund requests, registration and receipt evidence, checking their association with the current matter during follow-ups. The examples are hypothetical.

Constraints at the multi-turn prompts step

A new price-free after-sales exercise uses one statement recording a refund request and another recording its entry into settlement review. These are different stages, not sufficient proof that funds arrived. Define the status to explain and the available sources in the prompt, tracing each progress statement to its original. If only a request is supplied but output declares completion, retain the statement and input as missing event support. An earlier completed matter in history cannot replace the current receipt.

Three common errors

  • If a refund request or settlement review becomes received funds, compare records, actual input and completion claim with payment evidence. An application does not execute a refund.
  • If this payment refers to another transaction or period, retain subject, history and optimized wording. Compare a current-source-only conversation and locate the changed reference.
  • If added receipt evidence goes unused, inspect actual input and citations. An unobtained receipt needs collection instead; parsable fields or a normal response cannot replace evidence of receipt.

How to verify the setup

Without a bank or payment-institution receipt, a settlement status cannot supply the contents of that missing evidence. When a new source is provided, record whether it enters the next turn and inspect its use in the answer. Reconciliation and external handling still require a defined implementation; inspect the receiving result of any designed handoff separately. Complete response fields or a normal conversational return do not establish receipt of funds or completion of every after-sales operation.
