What the documents look like
Convenience fresh-food ordering centres on short-shelf-life items. Stores place orders at high frequency by day or by shift, and the arrangement is not handled as a joint-operation revenue split. The working documents are the fresh-food order form, the loss report, the near-expiry handling sheet and the temperature record. The subject, object, status and validity scope recorded in these materials set the limit on what product and marketing copy can state.
The main data sources are POS sales, the headquarters ordering system, store inventory and cold-chain temperature records. This category differs from a hypermarket fresh-produce concession counter: ordering sits with the store, shelf life is short, and frequency is high. When copy drafting goes wrong the consequences named for this category are sales of expired goods, stockout losses and food-safety complaints.
For copy drafting, fields on the order form such as item, quantity and arrival date are checkable. The loss report states that a loss occurred. The near-expiry handling sheet states a discount or removal arrangement. The temperature record states cold-chain condition. If draft copy says "arrived today", "near-expiry discount" or "cold-chain direct", the corresponding material has to support it. Anything the material does not state stays unverified.
Constraints at the workflow routing step
The task on this page is product and marketing copy drafting. Workflow routing strings together material collection, drafting and checking into an executable sequence. The Form Input node is a user-interaction node: when it triggers, the conversation enters an interaction state, the workflow state is recorded, and after the user completes the interaction the workflow continues downward. It collects required information and, once the user submits, passes that information to later nodes. The User Selection node is also a user-interaction node. When the user makes a choice, the node evaluates that choice and executes the corresponding "yes" branch. The interaction state is recorded by the interaction node; no separate global state-recording switch is documented.
A hypothetical paper exercise follows. Material text one: "10 June 2024 fresh-food order form, Store A, rice ball category, order quantity 120 units, arrival date 11 June 2024." Material text two: "11 June 2024 near-expiry handling sheet, Store A, rice ball category, unsold portion after 20:00 that day handled at a 30 percent discount." Draft sentence to be judged: "This store's rice balls arrive today and are discounted in the evening."
Compare the sentence with the two materials. The subject is Store A, the object is the rice ball category, the date is 11 June 2024, and the states are arrival and near-expiry discount. The materials do not state what "this store" refers to, the exact start and end moment of the discount, or whether every rice ball is covered. Those fields stay unknown. "Arrive today" matches the arrival date on the order form and can be kept. "Discounted in the evening" runs in the same direction as the near-expiry handling sheet, but the precise window is not stated and must be marked for verification.
External operations need separate handling. Order writing, document backfill and external status synchronisation require a business interface or a later process. A same-vector-model requirement for a knowledge base applies to knowledge-base association and does not extend to business-registration sites or other external systems. For empty-result handling, a paper input of [] can be used to check downstream design; there is no claim that a search over invented rules returns [].
Configuration and implementation checks
The table below covers this page's documents and primary task. The values are starting points for this hypothetical exercise, with the reason for choosing them and the comparison object.
| Configuration item | Hypothetical starting point | Reason and comparison method |
|---|---|---|
| Form Input required fields | Store, item, arrival date | Aligns with the subject, object and date fields on the order form; compare field by field |
| User Selection branches | Keep draft, revise, return | Compare with the judged result for the draft sentence and verify branch connections |
| Interaction state check | State recorded by the interaction node | Compare with the documented node behaviour; no separate global switch |
| Output hand-off check | Collected information passed to later retrieval or judgement nodes | Compare output against input fields item by item |
| External operation split | Order writing attached to a separate business interface | Compare with the process boundary; confirm it is not folded into this node |
| Empty-result handling | Paper input [] to check downstream design | Compare with downstream node input and record the actual observation |
Three common errors
- Treating "this store" in the draft sentence as identical to Store A. The material text names Store A only and does not state what "this store" covers. Check by entering the draft sentence and the order form, comparing the subject field, and observing whether "this store" has been replaced by an explicit store name.
- Writing the near-expiry sheet's "after 20:00 that day" as an exact discount start and end moment. The material text states only a 30 percent discount after 20:00 and does not state an end moment. Check by entering the near-expiry handling sheet and the draft sentence, comparing the time field, and observing whether a specific moment appears that the material does not state.
- Treating order writing and document backfill as actions built into the Form Input node. The node documentation states only that it collects information and passes it to later nodes. Check by entering the node documentation and the process design, comparing where each action belongs, and observing whether a separate business interface is explicitly marked as required.
How to verify the setup
- Enter hypothetical material text one, material text two and the draft sentence, then compare the subject, object, date and state fields. Expected observation: "arrive today" in the draft matches the arrival date on the order form and can be kept; "discounted in the evening" is marked for verification and is not written as a fixed discount window.
- Enter the three User Selection branches and the judged result for the draft sentence, then compare the branch connections. Expected observation: selecting "keep" executes the corresponding "yes" branch, while selecting "revise" or "return" enters the respective branch; check each connection in turn.
- Enter the paper empty result
[]and the downstream node design, then compare the downstream input. Expected observation: the downstream node handles the empty array as designed, and the actual observation is recorded; there is no claim that a search over invented rules returns[].
The evidence gaps stay open. The exact discount window, the scope of "this store", and whether all rice balls are covered are not stated in the materials and remain unknown.
