What the documents look like
Cold-chain receiving at a store turns on transport temperature and the arriving batch. The working data sources are the refrigerated vehicle temperature-control feed, the WMS, the store receiving system, and quality-inspection photographs. The documents handled day to day are cold-chain temperature records, arrival acceptance sheets, rejection slips, and supplier delivery notes. Update frequency is per batch and daily. The typical operating parties are fresh-goods warehouse distribution, store receiving, and quality inspectors. This page addresses workflow routing inside product and marketing copy drafting. Whether a specific promotional sentence is supported by the underlying material belongs to the checking scope described below. Enterprise identity certification and report analysis sit outside this page.
The temperature record and the acceptance sheet carry different fields. A temperature record states a reading at a point in time for a vehicle and a batch. An acceptance sheet states item name, quantity, and receiving store. A rejection slip states a rejection reason. A supplier delivery note states what the supplier declares was sent. These four documents do not share one field set, so a drafting step that needs a temperature statement draws on the temperature record, while a drafting step that needs item and quantity draws on the acceptance sheet.
Constraints at the workflow routing step
The form input node belongs to the user-interaction nodes. When it triggers, the conversation enters an interaction state, the workflow state is recorded, and execution continues after the user completes the interaction. The node collects required information the user fills in and passes that information to later nodes after submission. The user selection node also belongs to the user-interaction nodes. When it triggers, the conversation enters an interaction state, the workflow state is recorded, and execution continues after the user completes the interaction. When the user makes a choice, the node evaluates that choice and executes the corresponding "yes" branch. The basic use is to pose a question requiring a decision and to design different workflow paths from the user's feedback.
State recording is behavior of the interaction nodes. This page does not posit a separate global state-recording switch. Collected information must be passed explicitly to later retrieval, judgment, or interface nodes. Order writing, document backfill, and external status synchronization require a separate business interface or a later process; this page does not construct such functions.
Hypothetical paper exercise sample. The source text supplied for checking consists of three sentences: "On 12 March 2026, the cold-chain vehicle temperature-control record shows an arrival temperature of 2.4 degrees Celsius for the example trailer; the arrival acceptance sheet for the same batch states item name chilled chicken breast, quantity 120 boxes, receiving store example store; the quality-inspection photograph shows the outer packaging intact." One draft sentence to be judged reads: "This batch of chilled chicken breast traveled the whole route at low temperature, with stable and reliable quality." The judgment scope is limited to the time, object, fields, and status carried in those three source sentences. Transport duration and subsequent storage conditions are not stated in the material and fall outside the supported range.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Configuration item | Type | Purpose and checking method on this page |
|---|---|---|
| Form input node | Documented official behavior | Triggers form input to collect the fields the draft requires, and passes the information to later nodes after submission |
| User selection node | Documented official behavior | Executes the corresponding "yes" branch after the user makes a choice; verify branch connections one by one |
| Interaction state check | Implementation check | Verify that the conversation enters an interaction state, that the dialog box hides, and that state is recorded; do not assert a global state switch |
| Output handoff check | Implementation check | Compare form output against the input of each later retrieval, judgment, or interface node |
| External action separation | Implementation check | Order writing, document backfill, and external status synchronization are marked as requiring a separate business interface and are not implemented here |
| Hypothetical trial starting point | Hypothetical starting point for this exercise | Draft-sentence support judgment uses the three source sentences as the comparison baseline; this starting point is chosen because the material carries subject, object, and status |
Three common errors
- Treating "traveled the whole route at low temperature" in the draft sentence as already supported by the temperature record. The temperature record states only an arrival temperature of 2.4 degrees Celsius and does not state the temperature across the whole transport route. In this sample the phrase remains unsupported.
- Treating information submitted through form input as a completed order write or external synchronization. The documentation states that the form collects information and passes it to later nodes; a business write requires a separate interface.
- Treating the "yes" branch of the user selection node as an automatic judgment result. The documentation states that the node evaluates the user's choice and executes the corresponding branch, so the basis for the branch is the user's choice.
How to verify the setup
- Input the hypothetical source text above together with the draft sentence "This batch of chilled chicken breast traveled the whole route at low temperature, with stable and reliable quality." Compare the temperature-range description in the draft sentence against the arrival temperature field stated in the temperature-control record. If the draft sentence asserts a whole-route temperature conclusion that the material does not state, the sentence is judged unsupported. If the draft sentence restates only the 2.4 degrees Celsius arrival temperature and the batch object, the support condition is met. This is a paper expectation and has not been run.
- Input the field values submitted through the form input node and the input of the later nodes. Compare the submitted fields against the fields the later retrieval, judgment, or interface node actually receives. If the later node input matches the submitted fields, the handoff condition is met. If a field that was not submitted is used by a later node, record that difference.
- Input the question posed by the user selection node and the choice the user made. Compare the user's choice against the branch that was executed. If the executed branch matches the user's choice, the branch check condition is met. If the executed branch does not match the user's choice, record that observation.
These are paper expectations. No run, deployment, approval, or synchronization has occurred. Where the material does not state a field, the field remains unknown rather than negative, and the gap is recorded as such.
