B2B marketplaces: workflow routing for document comparison

Review workflow routing for document comparison in B2B marketplaces. Check document scope, failure paths and source evidence through controlled tests.

What the documents look like

B2B marketplace matching handles enterprise verification, requests for quotation, electronic contracts and platform settlement statements as electronic records, without depending on a physical stall. The brief identifies the main data sources as the B2B platform, the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System, payment records and logistics traces. The documents handled day to day are enterprise verification materials, quotation sheets, electronic contracts and platform settlement statements. The stated update frequency is daily and per order; this page uses that only to say materials may change with each order, and does not derive batch synchronization, full synchronization, real-time updates or transaction-triggered mechanisms from it.

Document comparison for this task places the subject, object, amount, period and status of one transaction side by side. Enterprise verification materials confirm the identity of the subject. Quotation sheets confirm the transaction object and price. Electronic contracts confirm the agreed content. Platform settlement statements confirm actual settlement. These four material types come from different sources, so field names and definitions may differ, and corresponding fields need to be identified before comparison.

Constraints at the workflow routing step

In FastGPT v4.17.2, the form input node enters an interaction state when triggered, collects required information, and passes that information to subsequent nodes after submission. The user selection node executes the corresponding "yes" branch after the user makes a choice. Both are user interaction nodes: triggering either one puts the conversation into an interaction state and records the workflow state. The form collects values; user selection performs branch judgment. Neither writes orders, backfills documents or synchronizes external status. Those actions require a separate business interface or a later process.

Retrieval and relevance scoring do not carry permission or entity isolation. Libraries built on different vector models cannot be associated together; identifiers must be checked first and non-matching libraries excluded, without running cross-model retrieval to compare missed recalls. The optional paths listed in the documents do not mean every request executes all of them: image retrieval requires a corresponding image input and model capability, and reranking requires a model and must be enabled according to settings. Interaction waiting, state recording and dialog hiding follow the documented description, with no additional control switch or submission count assumed.

Hypothetical paper exercise sample (paper materials, not real records):

Material one (enterprise verification excerpt): "Supplier A, unified social credit code field registered as XA-001, verification status field registered as 'submitted, pending review'."

Material two (quotation sheet excerpt): "Supplier A quotes purchaser B, object is packaging material specification P-100, tax-inclusive unit price 12.50 yuan, quotation valid until 30 June 2025."

Material three (electronic contract excerpt): "Supplier A and purchaser B agree on tax-inclusive unit price 12.50 yuan for packaging material specification P-100, signing status field registered as 'both parties signing'."

Draft sentence to be judged: "Supplier A has completed enterprise verification, the contract has taken effect, and settlement can proceed at 12.50 yuan."

Configuration and implementation checks

Configuration or check itemSetting or check content on this pageBasis and boundary
Form input nodeCollect five items: subject name, object specification, amount, period, material sourceThe node collects required information and passes it to subsequent nodes
User selection nodeSet two branches: "materials complete, proceed to comparison" and "materials missing, record gap"The corresponding "yes" branch executes after the user makes a choice
Output handoffPass collected form values explicitly to the subsequent judgment node, comparing inputs and outputs item by itemThe documentation states information is passed to subsequent nodes
Retrieval scope checkVerify target library identifiers and vector model identifiers, excluding libraries whose identifiers do not matchLibraries on different vector models cannot be associated together
Business action divisionMark order writing, document backfill and external status synchronization as requiring a separate interfaceInteraction nodes do not perform these actions
Hypothetical trial starting pointDraft sentence comparison starts from "whether field values are mutually exclusive", compared field by field against material textThis is a hypothetical starting point for this exercise, not an official default

Three common errors

  1. Treating "pending review" as "verification completed". Material one registers "submitted, pending review", while the draft sentence states "has completed enterprise verification". The same subject and the same field carry mutually exclusive values, which is a contradiction. Pending review does not demonstrate absence of operating permission, and does not equal verification approval.
  2. Treating "both parties signing" as "contract has taken effect". Material three registers signing status as "both parties signing", while the draft sentence states "the contract has taken effect". Signing, reaching agreement and contract effectiveness are three distinct facts. When the material does not state effectiveness terms, the claim is unsupported and the evidence gap must be retained.
  3. Using retrieval results in place of an authorization judgment. A retrieval hit on related material shows only that the content is related; it does not show that the subject has been authorized or permitted to settle. Relevance scoring does not carry entity isolation, and retrieval does not constitute authorization.

How to verify the setup

  1. Input material one's original text from the hypothetical sample and the draft sentence "Supplier A has completed enterprise verification", then compare the verification status field values. The material text reads "submitted, pending review" and the draft sentence reads "completed". The two values are mutually exclusive, and a contradiction flag is the expected observation. If no flag is observed, the condition is not met.
  2. Input material three's original text from the hypothetical sample and the draft sentence "the contract has taken effect", then compare the signing status field values. The material text reads "both parties signing" and does not state effectiveness terms. An "unsupported, pending verification" flag is the expected observation. If the flag reads "effective", the condition is not met.
  3. Input material two's original text from the hypothetical sample and the draft sentence "settlement can proceed at 12.50 yuan", then compare the quotation validity period and the settlement basis. Material two states only that the quotation is valid until 30 June 2025 and does not state settlement authorization. A gap record noting "quotation validity does not indicate supply period or settlement authorization" is the expected observation. If the judgment is that settlement can proceed, the condition is not met.
