What the documents look like
For document comparison in TikTok Shop US operations, this page examines FastGPT document chunking. Subtitle translation and comment replies occupy different service-scope rows. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the document chunking step
A proposed TikTok Shop service table has one row listing product-subtitle translation within current scope and another listing comment replies outside scope. A note below says added tasks require separate discussion. Column-wise parsing could attach one scope value to both tasks and reverse the meaning. First map each original row to its task and scope, together with the note applicability, then inspect actual parsed output. The appearance of comment replies in a service table does not establish acceptance of that task, and an intact-looking table does not establish correct text relationships.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Original or chunk check | Specific source relationship | Evidence action |
|---|---|---|
| Row relationships | Each task has its own scope | Check parsing does not pair columns incorrectly. |
| Negative subject | Comment replies outside scope | Keep negative with the task. |
| Table note | Added tasks discussed separately | Check applicability to added tasks. |
| Original-block trace | Comment entry target | Check entry retains scope through its original. |
| Revision retest | Processing and indexes for revised table | Compare old and new same-question returns. |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
Original-document check | Compare original files with parsed output. |
Chunk completeness | Keep conditions traceable to their subjects. |
Data and indexes | Retain original-data and index evidence separately. |
Sample retrieval | Retest literal wording and natural questions. |
Post-update check | Inspect training or index state after updates. |
Three common errors
One failure separates the negative scope from the comment-reply subject into different blocks. Another incorrectly attaches the added-task note only to subtitles, making confirmed translation look unresolved. Compare row pairs and note applicability to distinguish column parsing errors from misplaced chunk conditions. An index can provide a comment-related search entry, but its target original must still contain outside scope. Multiple matching entries cannot replace the positive or negative qualification of a service name, and retrieval of the term alone cannot establish which task was actually agreed.
How to verify the setup
Acceptance should query subtitle translation, comment replies and whether comment handling may be added directly. Inspect the row scope and separate-discussion condition in returned text. If output lists services, check each task-state pair rather than merging both into an asserted social-media service package. After revisions, inspect processing and index state before comparing the same questions against old and new blocks. Uploading the newer table alone does not establish that old scope disappeared from answers. Without additional confirmation, keep the task subject to discussion and avoid inventing execution results.
