What the documents look like
For document comparison in Store cold-chain receiving, this page examines FastGPT access controls. Inspect collaboration rights by supplier, arrival batch and inspection attachment rather than treating one vehicle trip as universal sharing scope. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the access controls step
A comparison exercise uses two suppliers on the same delivery trip. Store receivers need current-batch documents, while each supplier receives only its own rejection explanation. Test delivery notes, acceptance records and inspection attachments with actual identities; one trip does not establish shared access. If one supplier reads another supplier’s rejection-photo description, retain the returned content and resource scope. Vehicle classification organizes sources without granting external collaborators cross-supplier reading rights.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Permission check | Cold-chain collaboration scope | Actual evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Supplier separation | Inspect both suppliers despite one trip | Reads by an unrelated supplier |
| Attachment scope | Delivery, acceptance and inspection text | Originals and operations by resource |
| Business name | Inspector entry configures no member | Confirm account and operation mapping |
| External photos | Inspect receiving-system authentication | Full responses including paraphrases |
| Issue responsibility | Separate grants from wrong-batch temperature | No liability decision from an access test |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
Team roles | Inspect roles for the actual member identity. |
Resource permissions | Inspect reading, editing and management by resource. |
Document classification | Classification and tags do not replace authorization. |
External-system permissions | Verify external-interface authentication separately. |
Per-account validation | Test the same source with authorized and unauthorized accounts. |
Three common errors
- If an inspector’s name becomes a member or edit grant, inspect actual account, batch resources and operations. A signature creates no permission; the owner confirms correspondence.
- If one supplier reads another rejection-photo description, retain response and resource scope. Vehicle classification grants no cross-supplier access.
- If temperature-interface access becomes every photo grant or quality liability, inspect image authentication, internal rights and site evidence separately. Check paraphrases even when photos are undisplayed.
How to verify the setup
Ask store-receiver, relevant-supplier and unrelated-supplier identities about the same batch, recording original reads, allowed operations and denials. If grants behave correctly but another batch’s temperature appears, inspect source identity separately instead of diagnosing every event mix-up as isolation failure. Readable inspection material does not by itself assign quality liability. Site observations, applicable conditions and responsibility confirmation need their own review; access tests neither adjudicate the business issue nor complete a refund process.
