Three common errors
Test separate choices to obtain location evidence, refer supply checks to procurement or organize supplied orders only. If requesting location evidence reaches an ordering step, inspect the recipient and selection route before retaining the unverified location. Another failure drops the quantity’s meaning and treats ordered units as available inventory. Compare original and received passages, restoring the quantity as demand before continuing. If a shipping label becomes reserved stock, inspect its passage separately from this location’s inventory source. Label creation establishes that transport material, not an actual reservation for this item.
How to verify the setup
Retain demand wording, location sources, actual branch and explanation. After obtaining availability material, repeat the question and inspect unresolved items rather than assuming availability. Waiting for human interaction and continuing does not establish stock approval. Procurement creation, reservation and order writes require separately configured interfaces or procedures, with permission, responses and actual records. Completed organization establishes neither a purchase order nor a stock deduction.
