What the documents look like
For procurement in Shopify fulfillment, this page examines FastGPT citation tracing. Colour-sample selection, replenishment preference and document receipt are different actions. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the citation tracing step
A proposed Shopify procurement packet contains a colour-sheet note for sampling choice only, a replenishment request preferring dark blue and a reply saying materials received. A question about confirmed dark-blue supply needs these actions separated. The colour sheet establishes no stock, a preference is not final selection and receipt does not establish order acceptance. Citations should retain what each action concerns. Repeated mention of dark blue across the texts cannot combine them into a confirmed supply commitment; the current specification and supply conditions remain absent.

Three common errors
First, the existence of a colour sample may become dark-blue stock availability; inspect actual inventory or supply confirmation. Second, the requested preference may become the final colour; inspect specification confirmation and applicable variant. Third, materials received may become supplier acceptance of an order; read the object acknowledged by the reply and seek order-handoff evidence. These concern stock state, product selection and transaction action respectively. One email acknowledgement cannot perform all three checks or establish the outcome simply because it belongs to the same correspondence chain.
How to verify the setup
Acceptance should query sample purpose, requested colour, reply action and current supply evidence separately, comparing actual citation text. Retain the dark-blue preference and receipt acknowledgement while leaving confirmation unresolved without invented quantities, timing or prices. A confirmation-style source name still needs its text inspected if it says only received. If references contain only the colour sheet, check whether other sources entered scope. Failure to return supply confirmation does not establish rejection of the order or inability to produce the colour; preserve the boundary of the supplied material.
