What the documents look like
For procurement in Amazon FBM fulfillment, this page examines FastGPT workflow routing. Compare the material received with the sources used in the answer. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the workflow routing step
An FBM procurement workflow can pass picking demand, shipment confirmation and absent supplier guidance separately. Proposed text explicitly contains order and transport sources without a current supply commitment. Preserve that scope downstream rather than inferring current supply from earlier dispatch. A form collects entered content without automatically querying suppliers or deriving the procurement destination and present service terms from return-address settings.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Step | Proposed material | What to inspect |
|---|---|---|
| Time scope | Earlier dispatch separate from current supply | Past execution does not establish this commitment |
| Address purpose | Return location enters procurement input | Trace the passage and correct it |
| Choice arrangement | Obtain supply, inspect demand or organize text | Each branch receives its intended material |
| Evidence gap | Supply route receives dispatch confirmation only | Historical evidence is not a commitment |
| Procurement action | Separate registration or order-update connection | Permission and receipt checked independently |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
Form input node | Submitted form values pass to subsequent steps. |
User-selection node | Execution follows the connected selected branch. |
Interaction-state check | Inspect waiting and post-submission states. |
Output handoff check | Compare values passed between steps. |
External-operation responsibility | External business operations require an implementation. |
Three common errors
Passing a return location as the procurement destination processes the wrong subject despite continued execution. Inspect the address’s original purpose and received text, repair and retest. Test choices to obtain supply guidance, inspect demand or organize supplied material only. If the supply route receives shipment confirmation alone, retain the scope gap; an operator’s choice cannot transform historical transport evidence into a current commitment. If a picking passage naming an item becomes a particular supplier, inspect this supplier’s documented relationship to the item. Store demand or stock does not establish who supplied it; retain party identity as unresolved without the source.
How to verify the setup
Trace the procurement question through submission, branch input and final output. After actual supply evidence arrives, repeat and inspect its use. Interaction state follows triggered-node behavior, and waiting completion is not procurement approval. External lookup, procurement registration or order updates require separate connections, actual authority and receipts. Workflow completion establishes neither an effective purchase order, changed address nor supplier acceptance of this order.
