What the documents look like
For procurement in Franchisee onboarding, this page examines FastGPT vector indexes. Inspect the identities and versions of teaching samples, selection exercises and procurement evidence. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the vector indexes step
A proposed opening-training list says: “Coffee-cup samples for practice; not for store ordering.” A separate assessment records that a learner completed a selection exercise. Indexes must distinguish teaching samples, exercise results and formal procurement evidence. Test separate questions about sample purpose and whether an order exists, preventing completed selection practice from becoming completed ordering. These materials describe classroom activity; they provide no supplier confirmation, lead time or saleable stock. Answers must preserve those limits rather than complete a business narrative.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Implementation check | Material in this test | Evidence action |
|---|---|---|
| List purpose | Practice samples are not for ordering | Preserve classroom identity in citations. |
| Assessment subject | A learner completed selection practice | Do not expand this into a buying decision. |
| Course version | Paper and reusable cups belong to different lists | Check the current exercise source. |
| Procurement evidence | Store the formal materials list separately | Trace its citation with the original questions. |
| Image and scope | Check specifications along the actual route | Sample names cannot fill missing details. |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
Embedding model | Knowledge bases associated with one search node must use the same embedding model. |
Original data and indexes | One original data block can have multiple indexes. |
Index content | Index wording should be complete and focused. |
Image indexes | Where image retrieval is used, inspect descriptions or image vectors. |
Version and result check | After a change, reuse questions to compare originals. |
Three common errors
- If a completed learner exercise becomes a store buying decision, inspect the assessed subject and index target, preserving the classroom-versus-business distinction.
- If the not-for-ordering condition disappears, inspect both index and actual citation for the use restriction. Teaching samples are not thereby an orderable catalogue.
- If an old paper-cup list enters the current reusable-cup explanation, compare both originals and their course scope to identify the version actually cited.
How to verify the setup
When an actual opening-materials list becomes available, store it separately from classroom examples and repeat the original purpose and ordering questions to see whether citations reach the new source. Additional indexes must not erase a training example’s historical identity. Multiple indexes addressing one item should still map to its applicable course. Verify vector-model and source-scope conditions before jointly linking training and procurement collections; higher relevance cannot substitute for identity and version checks. Inspect sample images along the real parsing or image-retrieval route. Missing specifications remain to be supplied. Citation changes establish neither opening acceptance nor supplier confirmation.
