Constraints at the shared access step
A proposed training share asks learners to distinguish carton numbers from product identifiers using text without real supplier information. If the answer reads an operational inventory report excluded from the exercise, retain question and full response to investigate scope. Three common errors
- If label-reading exercises return actual inventory reports, retain sources and full response. One correct example answer does not establish denial of excluded material.
- If another device lacks the earlier identifier question, inspect product and carton input, then obtain the exercise. Anonymous history cannot justify guessing an inventory field.
- If an older exercise supplies a revised question’s evidence, compare identities and cited originals. Longer validity updates no version, and explanation performs neither labeling nor stock changes.
How to verify the setup
Record originals visible through the entry for earlier and revised exercises, then inspect expiry, per-user limits and usage responsibility. Required identity validation needs applicable version capability and official returns; the entry identifier is not a learner account. Explanation can distinguish labels, plans and inventory stages without performing labeling or changing stock. Grade writing, learning records and platform actions each need subsequent system confirmation. A shared conversation does not establish any of those outcomes.
