What the documents look like
Franchise supervision differs from fresh-food ordering at directly operated stores because the headquarters carries a monitoring duty over how franchisees execute standards. The working materials are store visit forms, franchise contracts, rectification notices and display standards. Data arrives from a supervision app, POS sales, the franchise system and store photographs, and the reference material is refreshed weekly and monthly. This page does not derive batch synchronization or real-time triggers from that cadence.
For store service and internal training, the interactive forms step means that visit records, training acknowledgements and rectification receipts first enter the workflow as filled or selected values, and later steps handle them. The form input node triggers an interactive state, records the workflow state, and continues downstream once the user finishes the interaction. The user selection node also enters an interactive state and executes a branch according to the user's choice. Both nodes collect and pass on information. Neither carries a business database function, and neither constitutes a determination of a franchisee's authorization status.
Constraints at the interactive forms step
Store visit forms, rectification notices and display standards are materials that require item-by-item checking. Field values come from manual entry and selection. Field validation, business approval, write-back and batch operations must be implemented in an external system or a later node. Interactive waiting and state recording are existing node behaviors; the documents do not describe controls for hiding the dialog box, limiting submission counts, automatic judgment or snapshot guarantees. Retrieval and similarity scores do not carry permission or entity-isolation duties, and a retrieval result does not mean a franchisee is authorized to perform an operation.
Hypothetical drill sample: a franchise contract copy states that "Party A is a convenience store headquarters, Party B is a franchise store, the contract is valid from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2027, and Party B shall submit the previous month's store visit rectification receipt by the 5th of each month." A rectification notice states that "the store's March 2025 display standard inspection found two non-conformities and requires rectification to be completed by 10 April 2025." The proposed sentence is "the store completed the March 2025 rectification and obtained headquarters confirmation." The subject, object, period and status needed for a judgment do not all appear in the materials, so the proposed sentence is unsupported.
Configuration and implementation checks
The table below uses the sample above and lists documented settings or implementation checks tied to this feature and the primary task. The values are starting points for this hypothetical trial, used for comparison against filled results, and are not official defaults.
| Configuration item | Hypothetical trial starting point | Reason and comparison method |
|---|---|---|
| Form input node | Enabled, placed at the store visit receipt collection step | The node enters an interactive state on trigger, matching the receipt fields the proposed sentence needs |
| Required fields | Store name, inspection period, rectification item, submission date | Missing any one prevents locating the subject and period when comparing against the sample materials |
| User selection node | Enabled, used for rectification status selection | Branches execute according to the choice; compare the selected status against the same field in the source text |
| Interactive state recording | Kept as the node's existing behavior | Continues after the user finishes the interaction; this does not imply approval is complete |
| Field validation split | Implemented in a later node or external system | The form only collects values; business verification is not performed at this node |
| Empty result handling | Check downstream design against a paper input of [] | Empty reference output follows the documented conditions; no invented rule is claimed to return [] |
Three common errors
- Treating "completed the rectification and obtained headquarters confirmation" in the proposed sentence as established fact. The sample materials contain only the rectification requirement and the deadline, with no completion record and no headquarters confirmation record. The comparison should stop at unsupported.
- Treating the branch result of the user selection node as an authorization determination. The node executes a branch according to the choice only. Whether a franchisee holds a given operating permission requires separate system verification, and retrieval and similarity do not carry entity-isolation duties.
- Treating the interactive state record as evidence that approval or write-back is complete. The node records the workflow state and waits for the interaction. Business approval and database writes belong to later implementation. A pending review does not demonstrate a lack of operating permission.
How to verify the setup
- Enter the contract copy and rectification notice text from the sample, then compare the subject, object, period and status fields of the proposed sentence. The sentence meets the condition only when the materials state both the completion record and the confirmation record. Under the current materials, the expected result is unsupported.
- Enter a receipt that fills in only the store name and omits the inspection period and submission date, then compare against the required-field list. With a missing item, the interactive state is expected to remain waiting; after the item is supplied, execution is expected to continue downstream.
- Enter the rectification status returned by the user selection node, then compare it against the value of the same field in the source text. The condition is met only when the subject, period, field and value all match. When values differ or the materials do not state the field, record the result as pending verification.
