What the documents look like
Certificates of origin serve import-country tariff treatment and customs clearance. The service subject is the exporter and the customer's clearance requirements, and the work is not necessarily bound by a letter of credit. The main data sources are China International Trade Single Window, CCPIT systems, enterprise production records, and customer clearance requirements. The documents handled day to day are the certificate of origin application, the commercial invoice, the packing list, and production cost materials. Update frequency is per certificate and in batches.
For store service and internal training, the practical content is narrower: which materials a customer submits, which fields the store collects, and how training staff demonstrate routing along branches. Judging origin rules, completing the certificate, and sending documents to the customer for clearance are the time-consuming steps. Workflow routing connects material collection, branch decisions, and later handover into repeatable steps. The certificate of origin application, commercial invoice, packing list, and production cost materials are the documents this page works with.
Constraints at the workflow routing step
The form input node is a user interaction node. When it triggers, the conversation enters an interaction state, the workflow state is recorded, and after the user completes the required information and submits, the node collects the submitted form values and passes them to later nodes. The user selection node is also a user interaction node. When it triggers, the conversation enters an interaction state, the workflow state is recorded, and after the user makes a selection, the node judges that selection and executes the "yes" branch. Both nodes can be added repeatedly and trigger execution.
The constraints follow from these documented behaviors. The interaction state is produced by node behavior; there is no separate global state-recording switch to assume. Branch connections need to be verified one by one; automatic connection of every branch cannot be assumed. Form values are only collected; business verification, approval, database writes, and external synchronization require a separate business interface or a later process. Retrieval results and similarity scores do not carry authorization duties, and a retrieval hit is not treated as permission to proceed.
Hypothetical drill sample, clearly labelled as a paper exercise: a store training scenario contains a paper material stating that "Exporter A submitted a certificate of origin application in March 2025, accompanied by a commercial invoice and a packing list; the customer clearance requirement lists country A as the import country; production cost materials have not yet been completed." A draft sentence awaiting judgment reads: "The materials are complete and may be submitted for declaration." Comparing the draft sentence with the paper material: the subject is Exporter A, the object is the certificate of origin application, the status is that the invoice and packing list are attached and production cost materials are not complete, and the effective scope is March 2025. The draft sentence says the materials are complete, which is inconsistent with "production cost materials have not yet been completed" and is unsupported.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Configuration item | Type | Relation to this page's sample |
|---|---|---|
| Form input node | User interaction node | Collects fields such as exporter, application object, and attached materials; passes them to later nodes after submission |
| User selection node | User interaction node | Executes the "yes" branch according to the user's selection; used for branch demonstration in store training |
| Branch connection check | Implementation check item | Checks one by one whether the "yes" branch connects to the expected later node |
| Output handover check | Implementation check item | Compares form output with the input of later retrieval, judgment, or interface nodes |
| External operation division | Implementation check item | Declaration submission, document backfill, and external status synchronization connect to a separate business interface |
| Hypothetical trial starting value | Hypothetical value for this exercise | In the sample, "production cost materials not yet completed" serves as the status to be verified and is compared with the draft sentence |
The reason for the hypothetical trial starting value is that the sample material explicitly states this status, and it is used for a same-field comparison against "materials are complete" in the draft sentence. It is not written as an official default value or system limit.
Three common errors
- Treating form collection as completed business verification. The input is the field values submitted by Exporter A in the sample; the comparison object is the original status "production cost materials have not yet been completed"; the observable result is that the draft sentence still says "materials are complete," which shows that collection is not verification approval.
- Treating the user's selected branch as already executed. The input is the user's selection of "yes" during training; the comparison object is whether the branch connection leads to the expected later node; the observable result is a missing connection or a connection pointing to another node, which shows that the selection action and the execution action need separate checks.
- Treating a retrieval hit as authorization. The input is the application material query in the sample; the comparison object is the retrieval result and the authorization boundary; the observable result is that the hit record contains no processing permission, which shows that retrieval does not produce authorization.
How to verify the setup
- Compare the sample text "production cost materials have not yet been completed" with the draft sentence "The materials are complete and may be submitted for declaration": the input is these two pieces of text, the comparison is the status value of the same field, and the observable result is that when the two are inconsistent, the draft sentence is judged unsupported and the evidence gap is retained.
- Compare "accompanied by a commercial invoice and a packing list" in the sample with the input of a later node: the input is the form submission value, the comparison is whether the attached-materials field is passed completely, and the observable result is that when the later node receives the same field value, the handover relation holds.
- Check empty-result handover using the paper input []: the input is an explicit empty array, the comparison is whether the downstream node handles it according to the empty-result branch, and the observable result is that when the downstream node produces no fabricated record, the empty-result handover design holds. No claim is made that a search for a fictional rule necessarily returns [].
This page addresses only certificates of origin application, store service and internal training, and workflow routing. At operational handover, which materials, operations, and requests are in which authorization state cannot be treated as authorized execution on the basis of retrieval or a form.
