What the documents look like
Brand member private-domain operations center on customer data and repeat-purchase outreach. Member tag tables, outreach plans, coupon rules and privacy authorization records are the working documents, and the data arrives from CRM systems, enterprise messaging, POS purchase records and mini-program behavior data. Store service and internal training is the task at hand: guides and enterprise messaging operators need to state clearly, during handover, which materials have been collected and which requests remain pending. Daily and weekly update cadences apply to these records. This page does not address batch synchronization or real-time mechanisms.
Two interactive node types matter here. The form input node is a user interaction node. When it triggers, the conversation enters an interaction state, the workflow state is recorded, and execution waits until the user completes the interaction. After the user fills required information and submits, the node collects the submitted form information and passes it to subsequent nodes. The user selection node is also a user interaction node. It triggers the same interaction state and state recording, and when the user makes a choice the node judges that choice and executes the "yes" branch. Neither node carries a business database. Field validation, business approval, write-back and batch operations require an external system or subsequent nodes. Retrieval or form collection does not itself constitute authorization to act.
Constraints at the interactive forms step
The interaction state, state recording and dialog hiding follow the documented behavior. No additional control switch, submission count, automatic judgment or snapshot guarantee is documented, so none is assumed. The form input node collects values and passes them downstream; it does not verify that a member's authorization is valid, approve a coupon rule, or send a coupon package. The user selection node judges a choice and executes a branch; it does not approve anything. Approval, validation and write-back sit with an external system or later nodes.
A hypothetical paper exercise sample is used below. A brand member private-domain operations team prepares handover material for store service and internal training. The source text reads: "The member tag table was submitted by the guide this Monday, covering consumption-frequency tags for member IDs M-001 through M-050. The outreach plan draft lists a coupon package to be sent to those members this Wednesday. The coupon rule file is still under review. The privacy authorization record covers only M-001 through M-030." The proposed draft sentence to be checked is: "This store training handover has completed outreach authorization for all members and the coupon package can be sent directly." That sentence concerns four items: subject, object, status and effective scope.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Configuration item | Basis or implementation check | Relation to the sample |
|---|---|---|
| Form input node | Triggers interaction state; passes submitted information downstream | Collects member IDs and tag submission status |
| User selection node | Triggers interaction state; executes branch by choice | Decides whether training handover continues |
| Required-information check | Test missing fields and completed fields separately | Checks the coverage range of the authorization record |
| Downstream division of labor | Validation, approval and write-back implemented by external system | Coupon sending is not completed inside the node |
| Hypothetical exercise starting point | This exercise treats M-030 as the authorization coverage upper bound because the source text lists only that far, and compares it with M-050 | Determines whether the proposed sentence holds |
Three common errors
- Treating form submission as completed business authorization. In the sample, the privacy authorization record covers only M-001 through M-030, while the proposed sentence says all members are authorized. Same subject, same field, mutually exclusive values: this is a contradiction.
- Treating execution of a user selection branch as approval. That node only judges the choice and executes a branch; approval requires an external system. In the sample, the coupon rule file is still under review. Pending review does not show a lack of operating permission, and it does not equal approval.
- Treating retrieval or form collection as a permission-isolation measure. Relevance does not perform entity or permission filtering, and retrieval is not authorization. In the sample, the outreach plan draft already lists the sending targets; draft status is not execution status.
How to verify the setup
- Input the sample source text and the proposed sentence. Compare the privacy authorization coverage range M-001 through M-030 with the phrase "all members" in the proposed sentence. If the subject and field are the same and the values are mutually exclusive, the proposed sentence contradicts the source text and the condition is not met.
- Input "the coupon rule file is still under review" from the sample source text. Compare that status with "the coupon package can be sent directly." If the review status has not changed to approved, the execution condition is not met, and the evidence gap must be recorded.
- Input "outreach plan draft" from the sample source text. Compare draft status with execution status. If the draft has not been approved, the sending action is not completed inside the node and must be implemented by an external system under the stated division of labor. All three verifications are paper expectations and were not actually executed.
