What the documents look like
Export tax rebate filing happens after goods leave the country, when tax vouchers are matched against export records. The working materials come from the electronic tax bureau, the export rebate filing system, customs electronic messages and the accounting ledger. Day-to-day documents include the export exemption and rebate filing form, the export customs declaration, purchase invoices and foreign exchange receipt vouchers. In store service and internal training, these materials are used to show colleagues how a filing form corresponds to a declaration and an invoice, or to embed a demonstration entry point into an internal learning page.
Two industry facts shape this page. First, the filing step depends on voucher matching after export, so a training page displays relationships between documents rather than exercising a filing right. Second, errors in this category lead to delayed rebates, no rebate, or tax risk, so the difference between showing material and authorizing a filing must stay explicit at the sharing step. The sharing link itself carries no rebate filing permission.
Constraints at the shared access step
A no-login window is created from the publish channel and the system-generated full link is copied. The link identifier serves access only and cannot be treated as business authorization. Expiration time and QPM are set for the intended scope and checked against the actual edition; QPM means the maximum number of visits per user per minute. The points cap is checked against the usage limit of the sharing entry and against cost attribution, and some parameters are restricted by edition. Identity verification is limited to the commercial edition scope, and release is judged by the official interface returning success together with uid. The anonymous local identifier depends on the same device and the same browser; records across devices require separate identity and session design. Retrieval and similarity scores do not carry permission or entity isolation.
Hypothetical drill sample: a training lead at a foreign trade enterprise plans to send an internal demonstration link to colleagues. The material text provided for checking reads: "Export exemption and rebate filing form (March 2024 batch, number X) has been completed by the tax accountant and its status is pending review; the corresponding export customs declaration number Y and purchase invoice number Z are attached. This link is for training demonstration only and is not used for an actual filing." The draft sentence to be judged reads: "Clicking this link completes the rebate filing for this batch." The draft sentence turns a demonstration entry point into filing execution. The material text states only a pending-review status and a demonstration purpose, and does not record filing authorization.
Configuration and implementation checks
The table below lists documented settings or implementation checks tied to this feature and this task, using the sample above. The values are hypothetical starting points for this paper check, used for comparison against the sample material status, and are not official defaults.
| Configuration item | Hypothetical starting point | Reason and comparison object |
|---|---|---|
| Name | Training demonstration link | Used for record display only, matching the sample's training demonstration purpose |
| Expiration time | Set to one day after training ends | Compared with the sample's pending-review status, to avoid a long-lived demonstration link |
| QPM | Hypothetical starting point 10 | Compared with the number of trainees, a paper-check starting point only |
| Points cap | Hypothetical starting point 500 | Compared with demonstration usage; cost is attributed to the owning team |
| Identity verification | Root address filled in | Checked against the commercial edition scope; release judged by success and uid |
| Real-time running status | Off | Compared with the training demonstration scenario, to reduce unrelated node display |
The uid returned by the identity verification interface must be a string that excludes the characters "|", "/" and "\" and does not exceed 255 bytes, otherwise Invalid UID is returned. The conversation result reporting interface has no specified return value; the response value matches the chat interface format with one additional token, and totalPoints and token are the focus. Retrieval checks record observations and failure branches only, without guaranteeing a first hit, full recall, or that an unrelated query must be empty. An empty result can be used with a paper input of [] to check downstream design. Libraries using different vector models cannot be associated together; verify identifiers first and exclude non-matching ones. RRF is a hybrid result fusion process and is not written as a toggle.
Three common errors
- Treating the sharing link identifier as rebate filing authorization. The sample material text states only "pending review" and "training demonstration," while the draft sentence "Clicking this link completes the rebate filing for this batch" does not match that status. This writes a demonstration entry point as filing execution.
- Treating the success returned by the identity verification interface as business approval. success indicates only that the check passed, and uid is used to pull and save conversation records. Neither indicates that the filing form has been reviewed or authorized.
- Treating retrieval relevance as an entity or permission filter. A similarity score does not exclude unrelated enterprises or unauthorized records. Libraries using different vector models cannot be associated together; verify identifiers first and then exclude non-matching ones.
How to verify the setup
- Input the sample material text and the draft sentence, then compare whether "pending review, training demonstration" and "completes the filing" share the same subject, the same period and the same field. The draft sentence and the original status are mutually exclusive, so it is judged unsupported and must be rewritten as "This link is for training demonstration only; filing status follows the review result."
- Input authToken and the identity verification root address, then compare the returned success and the uid format. Release is satisfied only when success is true and uid excludes "|", "/" and "\" and does not exceed 255 bytes; otherwise handle it as Invalid UID or an identity error and record the actual observation.
- Input a paper retrieval query and an empty result [], then compare whether the downstream design treats the empty result as no records. An empty result can only be carried as pending verification; do not claim that a fabricated rule search must return []. For libraries using different vector models, verify identifiers first and exclude non-matching ones, recording actual observations without inventing run results.
