Multi-store management: interactive forms for staff training

Review interactive forms for staff training in Multi-store management. Check document scope, failure paths and source evidence through controlled tests.

What the documents look like

Multi-store matrix management draws on several platform merchant backends, ERP channel prices, brand anti-counterfeiting systems and dealer reports. The recurring documents in this category are store authorization lists, price control tables, cross-territory complaint forms and monthly sales reports. Cross-store authorization and price order matter more here than single-store traffic efficiency. Materials update daily and monthly.

For store service and internal training, the practical work is aligning authorization status, price fields and complaint handling stages inside one form interaction flow. Values collected by a form remain collected values. They do not become an approved business status on their own.

Constraints at the interactive forms step

The form input node is a user interaction node. When it triggers, the conversation enters an interaction state, records the workflow state and waits for the user to complete the interaction. After submission, the node collects the information the user filled in and passes it to later nodes. The user selection node is also a user interaction node; it evaluates the user's choice and executes the corresponding branch. Both nodes can be added repeatedly.

Neither node carries a business database function. Field validation, business approval, write-back and batch operations need to be implemented in an external system or in later nodes. The documented behavior covers entering the interaction state, recording workflow state, waiting, and continuing after interaction completes. The documents do not provide control switches for submission counts, automatic judgment or snapshot guarantees. Retrieval and form collection do not constitute authorization execution.

Hypothetical paper exercise sample. A brand e-commerce lead holds a paper record titled Store Authorization List, with the text: "Authorized parties: East China Store A, South China Store B; authorization scope: online flagship store price display and initial registration of cross-territory complaints; validity period: 1 January 2025 to 30 June 2025; authorization status: signed." A second record, Cross-Territory Complaint Form, reads: "Complaint target: South China Store B; complaint reason: low-price sales through an unauthorized channel; handling stage: pending review." A proposed sentence reads: "South China Store B has completed cross-territory complaint handling and closed the ticket." The question is whether the authorization list and the complaint form support that proposed sentence.

Configuration and implementation checks

The table covers checkpoints tied to the form input node, the user selection node and downstream handling, using the hypothetical sample above. The numeric starting point is a trial baseline for this exercise only, chosen to give a fixed comparison reference, and is not an official default.

Configuration itemTypeDescription and checking method
Form input nodeUser interaction nodeEnters the interaction state on trigger; after submission collects filled information and passes it to later nodes.
Required information checkManual review actionList the authorization party, authorization scope, validity period and authorization status that this task cannot omit; test the behavior with each field missing and then filled.
User selection nodeUser interaction nodeExecutes a branch based on the user's choice; it is not a staff directory or business data selector.
Interaction stateExisting node behaviorOn trigger, records workflow state and waits for interaction; continues downward after interaction completes.
Downstream handling splitRequires a separate system implementationField validation, business approval, write-back and batch operations are implemented in an external system or later nodes.
Hypothetical trial baselineManual review actionUse the four fields of the authorization list text as the comparison basis; check the proposed sentence field by field for the same subject, same period and same field.

Three common errors

  1. Treating the "pending review" handling stage collected by the form input node as completed handling. Input: the complaint form text "handling stage: pending review." Comparison object: the proposed sentence "has completed cross-territory complaint handling and closed the ticket." Observable result: the two field values do not match, so the proposed sentence is unsupported.
  2. Treating a branch executed by the user selection node as a staff directory or business data selector. Input: the branch result after the user selection node triggers. Comparison object: the authorization list text "authorized parties: East China Store A, South China Store B." Observable result: the branch result carries no authorization scope or validity period field, so authorization status cannot be determined from it.
  3. Treating retrieval or form submission as authorization execution. Input: the field values after form submission. Comparison object: the authorization list text "authorization status: signed" and "validity period: 1 January 2025 to 30 June 2025." Observable result: the submission action does not change the authorization status field; authorization execution requires a separate system implementation.

How to verify the setup

  1. Input the four fields of the Store Authorization List text in the hypothetical sample together with the proposed sentence "South China Store B has completed cross-territory complaint handling and closed the ticket." Compare subject, period and field. If the handling stage in the proposed sentence does not match the complaint form text "pending review," and the authorization list states no ticket-closing authority, the proposed sentence is unsupported and the evidence gap is recorded.
  2. Input the complaint form text "handling stage: pending review" from the hypothetical sample together with a pending request: "Please confirm that the South China Store B complaint ticket has been closed." Compare the handling stage field value. If the source text states only pending review and states neither closure nor completion, the request is pending verification; it is not assessed as completed or as denied.
  3. Input the authorization list text "validity period: 1 January 2025 to 30 June 2025" from the hypothetical sample together with a pending request: "South China Store B remains within its authorization validity period in July 2025." Compare the validity period field with the request date. If the request date falls outside the stated period and no renewal record exists, the request is unsupported and the evidence gap is retained.
