Seller ratings management: interactive forms for staff training

Review interactive forms for staff training in Seller ratings management. Check document scope, failure paths and source evidence through controlled tests.

What the documents look like

Seller ratings and experience score maintenance handles consumer feedback that arrives after fulfilment and after-sales service. The main data sources named in the brief are Douyin Store experience score, Tmall service indicators, JD after-sales reviews and the customer service system. In the store service and internal training setting, the working documents are negative review handling records, experience score detail sheets, service diagnostic reports and rectification ledgers. The brief gives daily and weekly update frequencies for this category.

The form and interaction step collects information that store staff submit, such as negative review attribution, supplementary evidence and rectification progress, and passes it to later nodes or external systems. A form node collects submitted values and hands them to downstream nodes. It does not act as a business database.

A hypothetical drill sample supports the checks below. A store operations staff member submits a negative review handling record whose source text reads: "On 10 March 2025, the customer reported that the outer packaging was damaged. The store contacted the customer and arranged a replacement. The customer accepted. Rectification status is in progress." A draft sentence is also under review: "This negative review has completed rectification and is closed." The subject is the store operations staff member, the object is the 10 March negative review record, the status is in progress, and the effective scope is that single order. The draft sentence claims completed rectification and closure, which conflicts with the source value "in progress" on the same rectification status field.

Constraints at the interactive forms step

The form input node is a user interaction node. When it triggers, the conversation enters an interaction state, the workflow state is recorded, and execution waits until the user completes the interaction. After the user fills the required information and submits, the node collects the submitted form information and passes it to later nodes.

The user selection node is also a user interaction node. When it triggers, the conversation enters an interaction state and the workflow state is recorded. When the user makes a selection, the node evaluates that selection and executes the "yes" branch. Both nodes can be added repeatedly and trigger execution. The documented material describes the dialogue box as hidden while the conversation is in the interaction state.

Field validation, business approval, write-back and batch operations require an external system or a later node. They are not performed by the form node itself. Retrieval and form collection do not constitute authorization to execute a business action. The supplied documents do not describe a submission count limit, an automatic decision rule or a snapshot guarantee, so those remain unknown.

Configuration and implementation checks

Configuration itemTypeDescription
Form input nodeDocumentedTriggers the interaction state, collects submitted information and passes it to later nodes
User selection nodeDocumentedPuts a choice question to the user and executes the "yes" branch based on the selection
Interaction state recordingDocumentedThe node records the workflow state and waits for the interaction, then execution continues
Required field checkImplementation checkList the fields this task cannot omit, then test the missing-field case and the completed case separately
Downstream responsibility splitImplementation checkField validation, business approval, write-back and batch operations are implemented in an external system or a later node
Hypothetical trial starting pointHypothetical trial starting pointFor this trial the rectification status field is set as required. The reason is that this field determines the downstream branch in the sample. The comparison object is the missing-field submission against the completed submission

Three common errors

  1. Treating a form submission as completed rectification. In the sample the source status is "in progress" while the draft sentence says "completed rectification and is closed". These are mutually exclusive values on the same rectification status field. The submission action does not change the rectification status.
  2. Treating the user selection node as a staff directory or a business data selector. The user selection node evaluates a selection and executes a branch. It does not provide a query capability over staff records or business data.
  3. Treating retrieval results or form entries as authorization to execute. A form collects values. Business verification, approval, database writes and external synchronization require a separately connected system.

How to verify the setup

  1. Input the sample source text and the draft sentence, then compare the values "in progress" and "completed rectification and is closed" on the rectification status field. When the two values are mutually exclusive, the draft sentence is not supported and the record must be returned for confirmation. This is an expected judgement, not a recorded test result.
  2. Input a form with the required field missing and a form with the field completed, then compare whether the node enters the interaction state and whether execution continues after submission. While the field is missing the interaction state remains waiting; after the completed submission the workflow continues. These are the expected observations.
  3. Input a user selection request that contains a "yes" branch choice, then compare whether the node executes the "yes" branch. Executing that branch is the expected observation. If the branch does not execute, record the actual observation and do not infer a specific error cause, because the supplied documents do not describe an error code for this case.
