What the documents look like
Channel receivables collection happens after credit sales, and its core concerns are credit authorization and cash recovery. The working materials come from the finance system, bank receipts, dealer orders, and sales contracts. In store service and internal training, a conversation has to work across the receivables aging table, the collection letter, the credit agreement, and the shipment freeze notice. These materials update weekly or monthly, and a single question-and-answer turn rarely completes one aging reconciliation or one repayment-plan discussion.
The aging table lists rows by customer and by aging period. The collection letter names a specific recipient and a specific amount range. The credit agreement states a limit and a validity period. The shipment freeze notice points to a specific order. When a conversation cites these materials across turns, the subject, the period, and the field must stay consistent. A draft that merges the aging balance with the credit limit, or that treats a mailed letter as a repayment commitment, produces a statement the source materials do not support.
Constraints at the multi-turn prompts step
The prompt has to state the material scope, the answering task, and how to handle missing evidence. History handling needs a check of what context was actually carried in, and a distinction between a new session and a continued session. Question optimization applies only when continuous knowledge-base dialogue is required, and it needs a check of reference resolution and question expansion. Model and length settings need a check of the context window and the reply cap. Reply format follows what the downstream step consumes; when json_schema is selected, the format requirement is filled in and the returned structure is verified.
Hypothetical drill sample: during internal training, a brand finance staff member provides three source sentences. "As of March 31, 2026, the aging table for Dealer A shows a balance of RMB 120,000 in the over-90-day bucket." "The collection letter was mailed on March 10, 2026, and the recipient is Dealer A." "The credit agreement states that Dealer A has a credit limit of RMB 300,000, valid until June 30, 2026." The draft sentence under review is: "Dealer A has exceeded the credit limit; freeze shipments immediately." This draft merges the aging balance and the credit limit into one field. The materials do not state the currently used amount, and freezing shipments is a separate business action.
Configuration and implementation checks
The table below lists documented settings or implementation checks tied to this feature and this primary task, using the sample above. The values are starting points for this hypothetical drill, not official defaults.
| Configuration item | Hypothetical starting point | Reason and comparison object |
|---|---|---|
| AI model | Select a model that supports tool calling and multimodal capability | Compared with the need to read an aging table image in the sample |
| Memory turns | Keep a small number of history turns | Compared with the need to cite the same customer across turns during aging reconciliation |
| Reply cap | Turn on and raise it appropriately | Compared with the need to explain the aging period and amount fully in collection communication |
| Temperature | Lower | Compared with a rule-bound scene that needs stable restatement of source text |
| Reply format | Keep default | Compared with whether a downstream node needs to read a fixed structure |
| Multimodal recognition | Enable image recognition according to model capability | Compared with aging tables and bank receipts supplied as screenshots |
Three common errors
- Treating the aging balance as the used credit amount. In the sample, the over-90-day balance is RMB 120,000 and the credit limit is RMB 300,000; these are different fields. The check compares whether the draft merges different fields into one judgment.
- Treating the mailed collection letter as a repayment commitment or a freeze basis. The sample states only the mailing date and the recipient, and does not state the counterparty's response. The check compares whether the draft extends a mailing action into a business result.
- Treating the credit agreement validity period as the currently available amount. The sample states validity until June 30, 2026, and does not state the used amount. The check compares whether the draft substitutes the validity period for the utilization state of the limit.
How to verify the setup
- Input the three source sentences above together with the draft sentence, and compare whether the draft contains the phrase "exceeded the credit limit." When the materials do not state the used amount, that phrase is unsupported and should be recorded as pending verification.
- Input two consecutive turns under the same chatId. Turn one asks about the aging balance, and turn two follows up on the same customer. Compare whether the second reply still points to Dealer A and the over-90-day bucket. If it points to another customer or another aging period, that is a context mismatch.
- Input one message that contains only a "freeze shipments" request, and compare whether the system executes it directly or returns an interactive node and waits. If it returns an interactive node, record it as pending human confirmation. If it executes directly, that treats a form or a retrieval as authorized execution, and the downstream implementation needs a separate check.
Retrieval and vector association serve recall only and do not carry permission or entity isolation. For empty-result handling, use an explicit paper input of [] to check the downstream design, and do not claim that a fictional rule retrieval necessarily returns []. Libraries across different vector models cannot be associated together; check the identifiers first and exclude those that do not match.
This page addresses only channel receivables collection / store service and internal training / multi-turn prompts. During operations handover, which materials, operations, and requests sit at which authorization state must be clear, and retrieval or a form must not be treated as authorized execution.
