What the documents look like
For staff training in Fresh-food weighing and sorting, this page examines FastGPT shared access. Check exercise answers, net-weight meaning and operating boundaries in a shared sorting-training page. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the shared access step
A hypothetical weighing handout says this exercise first weighs goods with their crate, while the empty-crate weight is missing. Another page explains net weight versus the combined reading without supplying a usable deduction. A shared course must retain that missing input. Inspect the course version and exercise actually opened. The words already weighed describe an exercise assumption; they establish no live scale measurement for actual goods. An embedded question entry is separate from weighing, calibration and recording a learner’s result, each requiring its own implementation and evidence.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Weighing-course share | Exercise source | Inspection subject |
|---|---|---|
| Gap | No empty-crate data | No invented net weight |
| Older exercise | Another container example | Exercise and container identity |
| Browser | Previous source may be absent | Actual input |
| Operation | Paper weighing assumption | Separate live measurement |
| Result | Proposed training-ledger entry | Submission, receipt and write |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
Login-free window | Copy the complete generated sharing link. |
Expiry and QPM | QPM is the per-user requests-per-minute limit. |
Credit limit | Inspect usage and charging conditions by entry and edition. |
Identity verification | Third-party authentication has commercial-edition restrictions. |
Conversation-history boundary | Anonymous identity depends on the same device and browser. |
Three common errors
- If an older exercise’s crate record answers the new one, inspect complete link, exercise version and actual citation. A shared handout name cannot fill the present gap.
- If another browser receives follow the previous exercise without its material, inspect actual input and anonymous-session conditions. Request the exercise instead of assuming a deduction value.
- If an explanation becomes completed live weighing, inspect exercise marking, operator records and actual measurements. A textual answer creates no equipment-test evidence.
How to verify the setup
Ask through the course link and embedded entry whether net weight is supported, retaining the explanation of the missing crate input. After adding a hypothetical crate note, check container and exercise identity before repeating the question. Another container’s relationship cannot be transferred. Supply the exercise again on a new device and inspect preservation of its teaching status. If a training ledger needs the answer, verify submission, receipt and recorded result separately. An accessible question entry establishes no completed grading record.
