What the documents look like
Community group-buy presale collection takes orders first and organizes procurement and fulfillment afterward. This differs from leader relationship maintenance. The daily materials are a presale product table, collection results, a procurement plan, and a cutoff notice. Data sources include mini-program orders, supplier inventory, leader feedback, and warehouse routing. In store service and internal training, these materials are handed to store staff, and the sharing entry point carries the distribution role.
A no-login window is created from the publish channel, and the system-generated full link is copied for use. The link identifier locates the sharing entry point and does not act as business authorization. Generated costs belong to the team that owns the application, so the distribution scope needs to match the actual range of use. The materials update daily and per collection session; this page does not depend on a batch or real-time synchronization mechanism.
Constraints at the shared access step
Store service and internal training need to give store staff access to the presale product table, collection results, procurement plan, and cutoff notice. Identity verification for the share link is limited to the commercial edition scope, and the official interface returns a success state and uid to decide whether the user may continue. The uid must be returned, must not contain the characters "|", "/", or "\", and must be a string of no more than 255 bytes; otherwise the error Invalid UID is returned. The anonymous local identifier depends on the same device and same browser, so cross-device records require separately designed identity and session management. Retrieval and forms collect values; business verification, approval, database writes, and external synchronization each need their own downstream implementation.
Hypothetical paper exercise
The following is a hypothetical paper exercise for checking purposes. It does not represent a real customer or a real record.
Material text one (cutoff notice, hypothetical): The cutoff time for this presale session is 18 March 20:00. After cutoff, no new orders are accepted, and stores check quantities against the collection results.
Material text two (procurement plan, hypothetical): The procurement plan for this session is prepared from the collection results after the 18 March 20:00 cutoff. Supplier inventory is subject to the procurement confirmation receipt.
Draft sentence to be judged (hypothetical): Store staff can open the share link to view the collection results and confirm procurement quantities on behalf of the platform.
Judgment point: The material text states only that stores check quantities against the collection results. It does not grant authority to confirm procurement quantities on behalf of the platform. The draft sentence turns viewing and checking into procurement confirmation, which exceeds the authorization scope of the material text and is unsupported.
Configuration and implementation checks
Configuration below follows this page's exercise and lists only documented settings or implementation check items. The values are hypothetical starting points for this exercise, used for comparison, and are not official default values.
| Configuration item | Hypothetical starting point for this exercise | Reason and comparison method |
|---|---|---|
| Expiration time | Set to 19 March 00:00 | Covers the post-cutoff checking window; compare with the cutoff notice time, and the link becomes unusable after that time |
| Point cap | Set to 5000 points | Covers the training conversation volume for this session; compare with the accumulated totalPoints from result reporting |
| Identity verification root address | Enter the store system authentication root address | Per official description, enter only the root address; compare with the success value returned by the interface |
| authToken concatenation | Append authToken to the share link | Per official example, concatenate; compare with the token value in the authentication interface body |
| Conversation record scope | Depends on the same device and same browser | Per official description, only the most recent 30 days and 20 records are pulled; compare with the cross-device scenario |
| Result reporting | Configure /shareAuth/finish | Per official description this is optional; compare with totalPoints in responseData |
Three common errors
- Treating the share link identifier as business authorization. The input is the full link copied from the exercise. Compare the link identifier with store checking authority. The observable result is that the link opening does not equal authority to confirm procurement quantities on behalf of the platform. The link identifier only locates the entry point.
- Treating the authentication interface success return as completed business approval. The input is the success and uid returned by the exercise authentication interface. Compare that return with the procurement confirmation action. The observable result is that passing identity verification does not equal confirmed procurement. Approval requires a separately connected system implementation.
- Treating the anonymous local identifier as a cross-device session guarantee. The input is store staff opening the same link on another device in the exercise. Compare the same-device same-browser condition with the cross-device condition. The observable result is that records may not be pulled. Cross-device use requires separately designed identity and session management.
How to verify the setup
- For exercise material text one, input the cutoff time from the cutoff notice and the expiration time of the share link. Compare which comes first. The observable result is that the expiration time must be later than the cutoff time to cover the checking window. If the expiration time is earlier than the cutoff time, the link becomes unusable before checking, and that gap is recorded.
- For the draft sentence in the exercise, input the draft sentence and material texts one and two. Compare whether the draft sentence turns viewing and checking into procurement confirmation. The observable result is that the draft sentence exceeds the authorization scope of the material texts. The material texts do not state store authority to confirm procurement, so that item remains to be verified.
- For the exercise authentication interface, input authToken and the interface return. Compare whether success is true and whether uid meets the format requirements. The observable result is that when success is false, the message content is shown and the user is not allowed to continue; when uid does not meet the rules, Invalid UID is returned. This result does not mean procurement is confirmed or approval is complete.
