Cross-border settlements: interactive forms for staff training

Review interactive forms for staff training in Cross-border settlements. Check document scope, failure paths and source evidence through controlled tests.

What the documents look like

Cross-border platform settlement and exchange handles the fund collection of completed orders, and has no connection to fraud chargebacks. Store service and internal training routinely touch platform settlement statements, exchange rate tables, service fee invoices, and receipt reconciliation tables. Sources include the platform settlement center, bank statements, payment institution backends, and ERP orders. The update frequency given in the materials is weekly or monthly, and this page does not infer batch sync, full sync, or real-time trigger mechanisms from that. Forms and interaction in this task carry the collection of handover information and branch selection, and the collected results are passed to later nodes or external systems.

Constraints at the interactive forms step

After the form input node triggers, the conversation enters an interactive state, records the workflow state, and waits for the user to finish the interaction before continuing downward. The node collects the filled information and passes it to later nodes, and does not carry business database functions of its own. The user selection node executes branches based on the user choice, and does not constitute a personnel directory or business data selector. Field validation, business approval, write-back, and batch operations are implemented in external systems or later nodes as needed. Retrieval and forms do not constitute authorized execution, and relevance scores do not carry category, entity, or permission filtering.

Hypothetical drill sample: the original store handover material reads "March 2025 platform settlement statement, settlement entity is East China store, currency is USD, settlement amount is 12,000.00, exchange rate is 7.10, service fee is 120.00, status is pending store confirmation." The proposed handover request reads "please submit the above settlement statement for exchange review." This request sits in a pending state; the materials do not state a confirmer or review permission, pending store confirmation does not constitute confirmed, and the submission request does not constitute executed.

Three common errors

  1. Writing pending store confirmation as confirmed. The sample status field is "pending store confirmation," with no confirmer and no confirmation time, so this is unsupported.
  2. Treating the proposed handover request as executed. The request text is "please submit the above settlement statement for exchange review," with no submission result or receipt stated, so this is pending verification.
  3. Using relevance scores to exclude unrelated business. Relevance is not a category, entity, or permission filter, and retrieval does not carry authorization judgment.

How to verify the setup

  1. Input the sample original text and the draft sentence, and compare the status field with the request text; only when an explicit confirmation record and execution receipt appear are the confirmed and executed conditions met, and the current materials only support pending verification.
  2. Input the four sample materials and check whether the form required fields cover entity, object, period, and amount; when an item is missing it should stay in the interactive state, and after completion it continues downward.
  3. Input the paper empty result [] and check whether the downstream design handles it along the empty-result branch; for cross-vector-model libraries, first check identifiers and exclude non-matching ones, and do not run cross-model retrieval to compare missed recalls.
