What the documents look like
Returns refurbishment and resale handles reverse logistics and product condition. This work differs from first-leg replenishment at an overseas warehouse. The documents handled day to day include return inspection sheets, refurbishment records, scrap notices, and relisting checklists. Data comes from an overseas warehouse WMS, a TikTok returns center, Amazon return reports, and product inspection photos. Update frequency is daily or per batch.
For store service and internal training, these materials are handed to store staff, and the same step controls who may view them and what range of action each person holds. A return inspection sheet records a condition grade for one return order. A refurbishment record records cleaning, repacking, and completion dates. A scrap notice covers a stated range of order numbers. A relisting checklist records whether an item may re-enter sale. The sharing and embedding step distributes these materials, and the access entry point is separate from the business authorization that decides what a staff member may do.
Constraints at the shared access step
A share link provides an access entry only. The link identifier does not constitute business authorization. The no-login window creates a temporary address that any internet user can reach, and costs fall to the team that owns the application. Anonymous users are identified by a localId, records persist only on the same device and same browser, and the cloud allows pulling only the most recent 20 records within 30 days. Identity verification is provided in the commercial edition only. It requires a POST root address, and a third-party interface returns success and uid to decide whether the user continues. If store training treats forwarding a link as issuing authorization, the viewing scope for inspection sheets and scrap notices loses control.
Hypothetical paper exercise sample. Material text one (return inspection sheet excerpt): "Return order R-2024-0517, item is a folding storage box, inspection conclusion is minor surface scratches, refurbishment possible." Material text two (refurbishment record excerpt): "R-2024-0517 cleaning and repacking completed, refurbishment completion date 2024-05-20, no relisting permission marked." Material text three (scrap notice excerpt): "This notice covers R-2024-0501 through R-2024-0510 only, and does not include R-2024-0517." Draft sentence to be judged: "R-2024-0517 refurbishment is complete and it can enter the relisting checklist directly." The draft sentence lacks a relisting permission field, and the scrap notice range does not cover this order number, so relisting cannot be confirmed from these materials.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Configuration or check item | Use on this page | Basis and boundary |
|---|---|---|
| No-login window link | Distribution entry for store training materials | Created from the publish channel; the link identifier is not business authorization |
| Expiration time | Limits the access period for training materials | Check against the actual version; this exercise sets a starting value of 7 days after training ends, chosen to compare against the training cycle |
| QPM | Controls access count per user per minute | Documented as the maximum access count per user per minute |
| Identity verification root address | Connects the store account system for identity checks | Commercial edition only; a POST root address is entered |
| authToken | Carries the user credential in the share link | Generated by the store system and appended to the link |
| uid return | Used to pull and save conversation records | Must be returned, excludes specific characters, and has a length limit |
The identity verification interface allows the user to continue only when success is true and the uid format is compliant. When success is not true, the corresponding error is shown. The conversation result reporting interface has no specified return value and can connect to balance deduction, an action that requires separate implementation. All of the above is paper review, with no deployment or testing performed.
Three common errors
- Treating the share link as an authorization credential. The link provides an access entry only. Whether a store staff member may view a scrap notice or a relisting checklist depends on the uid returned by the identity verification interface together with store system permissions.
- Treating a stage record in the material as a completed fact. The refurbishment record states that cleaning and repacking are complete and marks no relisting permission. The draft sentence stating the item can enter the relisting checklist directly lacks support.
- Extending the scrap notice beyond its range. The scrap notice covers R-2024-0501 through R-2024-0510, and R-2024-0517 is not included, so no conclusion about scrap status for that order can be drawn from it.
How to verify the setup
- Input material text one and the draft sentence. Compare the inspection conclusion field with the draft sentence phrase "can enter the relisting checklist directly." If the material contains no relisting permission field, the draft sentence is unsupported.
- Input material text two and the draft sentence. Compare the permission marking in the refurbishment record with the draft sentence conclusion. If the record marks no relisting permission, the "directly" claim in the draft sentence lacks support.
- Input material text three and the draft sentence. Compare the order number range covered by the scrap notice with R-2024-0517. If the order number is outside the range, the scrap notice yields no conclusion about that order, and separate verification is required.
