What the documents look like
For operating reviews in Amazon FBA preparation, this page examines FastGPT HTTP integrations. Compare the material received with the sources used in the answer. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the HTTP integrations step
An FBA review can first establish whether an inventory report is an item aggregate or shipment record, then inspect the scope of inbound plans and compensation applications. Proposed inputs contain inventory wording and an application without a processing result. Submission does not establish platform acceptance or compensation receipt. A real external reading contract must define subjects and periods; an inbound plan does not establish access to all platform operating data.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Review check | Proposed material | Actual evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Aggregate boundary | Item inventory distinct from one shipment | Aggregate does not establish shipment shortage |
| Application state | Submission wording only | Not rewritten as completion or receipt |
| Period meaning | Submission and completion checked separately | Conditions follow the actual meaning |
| Processing gap | Result for this application absent | Normal response does not supply a conclusion |
| Platform handling | Separate replenishment or compensation state | Reading is not acceptance or reconciliation |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
Request address and method | The request address and method follow the external contract. |
Params and Headers | Inspect parameters, headers and authentication separately. |
| Body | Where a JSON body is used, validate its structure against the external contract. |
Variable references | Variables can come from global, system or upstream outputs. |
Debug identity fields | Test mode lacks chatId and responseChatItemId. |
Three common errors
Using an item aggregate to explain a shortage in one shipment exceeds response coverage. Inspect query subject, report scope and shipment correspondence. Treating an application’s submission time as its completion time also requires source-state and contractual-definition checks before selecting review records. A normal HTTP response does not establish that both kinds of business evidence are complete; missing processing evidence remains unresolved. An additional proposed input can state that a plan was created and an application submitted while no corresponding processing response is supplied. The report should identify the point supported by each source without allowing a plan, application or inventory record to supply another record’s result. Where the same item appears in several shipments, obtain evidence of which shipment the application concerns. Keep passages separate until that relationship is established. Inspect the document’s own date and the business state it reports; obtaining an application recently does not place it among cases processed during this period. The requested review may concern outstanding applications rather than completed outcomes, and its external retrieval scope must follow that distinction. These checks expose what further source would resolve the question without turning a record’s presence into platform acceptance or compensation completion.
How to verify the setup
Retain item, shipment, application and actual response scopes. After the corresponding processing material arrives, repeat and inspect actual citation of the addition. Check method, parameters, headers and any appropriate body separately under the contract, keeping authentication private. Replenishment, compensation submission and report writes need separate authority and real states. Reading completion establishes neither platform processing nor reconciled inventory, and absent records do not establish warehouse loss.
