What the documents look like
For operating reviews in Warehouse picking and packing, this page examines FastGPT HTTP integrations. Compare the material received with the sources used in the answer. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the HTTP integrations step
A warehouse review can inspect the different subjects covered by picking waves, recheck records, labels and weighing sources rather than deriving the whole packing process from one record. Proposed inputs supply picking and label wording without this parcel’s weight or complete recheck evidence. An actual WMS or device contract must specify subjects, method and coverage. Device-to-order connectivity is not assumed, and a generated label does not establish weighing.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Review check | Proposed material | Actual evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Object level | Wave distinct from individual parcel | Aggregate does not establish parcel exception |
| Device connection | Weighing source not connected | Order-device integration is not assumed |
| Absent measurement | This parcel’s data not returned | Not rewritten as abnormal weight |
| Recheck batch | Other batch’s inspection introduced | Trace origin and remove it |
| Warehouse action | Separate exception or adjustment result | Response is not completed packing |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
Request address and method | The request address and method follow the external contract. |
Params and Headers | Inspect parameters, headers and authentication separately. |
| Body | Where a JSON body is used, validate its structure against the external contract. |
Variable references | Variables can come from global, system or upstream outputs. |
Debug identity fields | Test mode lacks chatId and responseChatItemId. |
Three common errors
Using wave identity as a parcel identifier makes aggregate data insufficient for this parcel’s exception judgment. Inspect object correspondence and transmitted values. Treating absent measurement returns as abnormal weight also requires the service’s empty-value meaning, device source and actual record. Retain the missing measurement. A recheck passage may concern verification of the picking list without recording any weighing. Inspect what was actually checked and keep it separate from device evidence rather than turning completed rechecking into completed weight verification. A further proposed set can state that list rechecking is complete, weighing evidence is absent and a label has been created. Those passages test whether distinct checks are wrongly merged into packing approval. List verification, measurement and label creation support different matters and each needs correspondence to this parcel. If a recheck passage was added later, inspect the actual operation it describes rather than treating its recording time as the moment of an exception. Report the particular missing source and its owner instead of borrowing another wave’s evidence to fill a process diagram. A complete-looking sequence is insufficient when its stages concern different objects. The review should retain the distinction between material not retrieved, a check not evidenced and an actual adverse measurement, asking the operator for the record that would resolve the relevant question.
How to verify the setup
Retain wave, parcel, actual request and response coverage. Repeat after adding corresponding weighing and recheck passages, limiting conclusions to supported scope. Configure headers, parameters and any appropriate body under the external contract without exposing credentials. Warehouse changes, exception registration and consumables procurement require separate authority and operation results. An HTTP response establishes neither completed packing nor absence of rechecking when records are missing.
