Constraints at the upgrades step
Suppose a return receipt records arrival only, photo descriptions await inspection, grading is undetermined, and a relisting sheet is a candidate draft. Upgrade checks should match the evidence chain to the same returned item. Receipt establishes no passed inspection or resale. Invented text contains no actual image, grade, quantity or sale record. Recovery proves only tested content and replaces no warehouse inspection.

Three common errors
- If a recovered receipt becomes passed inspection, compare receipt wording, grading sheet and inspection evidence for a stage jump.
- If another return batch’s photos support this grade, compare batch, item and photo descriptions. Matching filenames establish no correspondence.
- If the relisting draft is readable while original photos are missing, inspect originals, attachments and retrieval separately. A list proves no complete chain.
How to verify the setup
Record version, storage and retrieval dependencies for the actual deployment, then test backup restoration. Repeat questions about receipt, inspection, grading and relisting on the same materials. Image reading needs its actual path tested separately. Retain observed errors and access results without guessed settings or capacity thresholds. Switching and rollback need tests; authorized staff retain real grading, disposal and listing.
