What the documents look like
Brand livestream operations differ from influencer-hosted sessions in that the brand carries its own scripts, inventory, and after-sales handling, and influencer commission is not the main settlement method. The working documents for this category are livestream scripts, product explanation cards, shift schedules, and livestream reviews. Data sources include the Douyin Shop compass, Qianchuan, livestream comments, and transaction details. The consequence of error is a false-advertising complaint, oversold inventory, or falling conversion. The conversation log supports two uses at once: reviewing explanation pacing and traffic conversion, and checking whether customer-service wording matches the product explanation card. Audit work accumulates session by session and is grouped by livestream session rather than collapsed into one summary.
Constraints at the conversation logs step
Conversation identity uses chatId as its thread. One chatId corresponds to one session under one app, and dataId points to one conversation under that session. When reconciling, the session under a given chatId is matched to the business records of the same livestream session, and sessions created through different entry points are counted separately. Runtime detail follows the official contract: the detail parameter controls whether intermediate values are returned, non-stream results are held in responseData, and stream results are distinguished by event. Without detail, only the final answer is obtained and intermediate node information is not in the response. The log retains the fields the interface actually returns; business data that is not returned cannot be assumed to be retained in full. Test-mode and production-call identity fields may differ, so input, history, and returned content are checked separately. Reconciliation, retention, and compliance requirements are carried out by a complete business plan; the existence of a log does not mean compliance audit is complete.
Hypothetical paper exercise sample: A brand livestream team keeps a review draft in which one record reads, "This session ran 20:00 to 22:00; while explaining product A the host replied to a viewer, 'This item supports seven-day no-reason returns'; the chatId for this exchange is demo-chat-0715 and the dataId is demo-data-0715-03; status is pending floor-manager confirmation." A second document, a shift-schedule draft, states that the host for that period was Person A. The draft sentence to be judged is: "The after-sales wording for product A in this session has passed floor-manager approval and has been synchronized to the customer-service system." The subject is the floor manager, the object is the after-sales wording for product A, and the state is approval plus synchronization; none of these appear in the materials.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Check item | Documented setting or action | Correspondence to the sample |
|---|---|---|
| Session identity | chatId is guaranteed unique by the caller and is under 250 in length | Check whether demo-chat-0715 is unique and not mixed with another session |
| Conversation identity | dataId points to one conversation under the session | Check whether demo-data-0715-03 falls inside that chatId |
| Runtime detail | Set detail=true when intermediate values are needed; non-stream results are in responseData | If node timing and quote list are to be checked, confirm whether that request set detail |
| Session source | source=api returns only sessions created through the API | If the session came from the page, check with the corresponding source instead |
| Feedback field | loadCustomFeedbacks controls whether custom feedback is read | When the review involves viewer feedback, confirm this parameter value |
| Variable substitution | variables is an object that replaces [key] inside input-box content | When the explanation card uses variables, check the passed values against the script |
Hypothetical trial starting point for this page: set detail to true and check whether responseData contains the chatNode's runningTime and quoteList. This starting point is chosen because the sample needs node-level information. The comparison object is the return under the same chatId without detail set, confirming that the latter does not contain those fields.
Three common errors
- Merging conversations under different chatIds into one statistic. The input is the conversation lists of two chatIds, the comparison object is the correspondence between each chatId and the session records, and the observable result is that one session is counted twice or sessions are mixed across livestreams.
- Inferring node behavior from a detail=false return. The input is a response with detail not set, the comparison object is whether responseData exists, and the observable result is that node timing and the quote list are absent; whether the node ran cannot be determined from this.
- Treating a pending status as approved. The input is the draft whose status is pending floor-manager confirmation, the comparison object is whether an approval completion or synchronization record appears in the materials, and the observable result is that neither appears, so the draft sentence is not supported.
How to verify the setup
- Identity check: input demo-chat-0715 and demo-data-0715-03, compare whether the two belong to the same session, and the observable result is that the dataId appears in that chatId's conversation list. If it does not, record an identity mismatch and do not continue inferring.
- Runtime-detail check: input a request with detail=true, compare whether responseData and a chatNode entry exist in the return, and the observable result is that runningTime and quoteList appear. If they do not, record that intermediate values were not obtained this time, and whether the node ran stays unknown.
- Draft-sentence check: input "The after-sales wording for product A in this session has passed floor-manager approval and has been synchronized to the customer-service system," compare whether a floor-manager approval conclusion and a customer-service system synchronization record appear in the materials, and the observable result is that both are missing. The sentence is judged unsupported and requires approval and synchronization evidence before re-checking.
Empty-result handling: when a request returns an empty quote list, a clearly written paper input of [] can be used to check downstream display design; this does not support inferring that the retrieval rule necessarily returns empty. A similarity value reflects degree of similarity only and does not carry permission or entity isolation. Libraries under different vector models cannot be associated together; check the identifier first, exclude the non-matching ones, and record the actual observation.
