What the documents look like
For operating reviews in Multi-warehouse inventory, this page examines FastGPT tool calls. Multi-warehouse review tools distinguish reservation, transfer transit and synchronization coverage. The examples are hypothetical.
Constraints at the tool calls step
Suppose one warehouse snapshot includes reserved stock, transfer material remains in transit and an aggregate covers some warehouses only. Describe the tool as reading material and comparing differences, requiring warehouse, item and snapshot identity separately. Inspect system parameters and plugin configuration, then observe the request after connecting the calling module. Parameter descriptions guarantee no invocation. No real inventory or synchronization result is supplied.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Multi-warehouse review tool | Proposed record | Evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Reserved snapshot | Availability limited | Keep state |
| Transfer transit | Not destination receipt | Event evidence |
| Aggregate coverage | Some warehouses | No network-wide consistency |
| Snapshot identity | Warehouse/item/time | Actual request input |
| Synchronization writes | Business interface | Authority and receipt |
Documented conditions
| Documented item / implementation check | Condition |
|---|---|
Tool description | Describe purpose, inputs and non-applicable situations. |
Tool parameters | Inspect module and plugin parameters separately. |
Required parameters | The model may not invoke a tool without suitable required inputs. |
Tool connections | Available tools must connect to the calling module. |
Tool-call termination | Termination ends the call without a later AI summary. |
Three common errors
Reserved stock reported as available needs state qualification checked. Transit counted as destination receipt needs event evidence checked. Partial aggregation reported as all warehouses consistent needs coverage checked. These concern availability, event stage and aggregation scope independently of successful tool return.
How to verify the setup
Retain input, request, raw response and snapshot time. Locate source and destination warehouses separately without treating identical field names as equivalent business meanings. Added destination material supplies evidence for that warehouse alone; whole-network claims still need full coverage. Assess terminal output if calling stops. Stock adjustment, transfer and synchronization writes require business interfaces, authority and receipts. The tool neither corrects real stock nor declares the problem removed. Identify item and time beside warehouse snapshots, keeping reservation restrictions and aggregate coverage visible while treating added destination evidence as support for that warehouse alone.
