What the documents look like
Wholesale stall trading is fragmented. On-site price negotiation and consignment shipping run alongside each other, and the main data comes from wholesale market quotations, stall inventory, WeChat payment receipts, and logistics consignment notes. Daily documents include purchase sheets, handwritten sales slips, stall lease contracts, and payment receipts. Most of this material is paper or photographs, field definitions differ between documents, and the same transaction may be labelled inconsistently across a sales slip, a payment record, and a consignment note.
Operating reports and anomaly reviews need to align these materials with records held in the system. The database operations step covers storage, retrieval, and configuration checks. It does not cover negotiation, shipping, or debt collection. The supplied material gives update frequency as daily and per order. This page does not derive batch synchronization, full synchronization, or transaction-triggered mechanisms from that frequency.
Two features of this category shape the work. First, the same transaction can appear under different identifiers across a handwritten slip, a payment receipt, and a consignment note, so field-level comparison matters more than record counts. Second, retrieval results are query output; they are not authorization and they do not decide whether a balance is settled.
Constraints at the database operations step
Business source data and the vector retrieval backend serve different roles and are checked separately against the actual deployment. Retrieval results do not constitute authorization. A similarity score does not perform entity isolation or permission filtering. System errors and automatic business actions that the documents do not describe are not asserted here.
Hypothetical drill sample: a stall owner submits, on 12 March 2026, a photograph of a handwritten sales slip and a photograph of a payment receipt, and asks for that day's operating report plus a review of whether one remaining balance has been settled. The sales slip reads: "12 March, Buyer Zhang, potatoes, 20 boxes, unit price 45, received 500, balance 400." The receipt reads: "12 March, received from Buyer Zhang 400 yuan, balance." The draft sentence to be judged is: "Buyer Zhang's balance was settled on 12 March." The request is pending verification. No write or synchronization has been authorized.
The draft sentence is a proposed statement, not a completed conclusion. The receipt supports that 400 yuan was received against the stated balance. Whether the balance is settled also depends on whether the sales slip's balance field is the only outstanding amount, which the two documents do not establish on their own.
Configuration and implementation checks
| Configuration item | Hypothetical starting value for this drill | How to check it and why |
|---|---|---|
MONGODB_URI | Fill in per actual deployment | Verify the business source data connection address; do not infer it from the name |
MILVUS_ADDRESS | Fill in per actual deployment | Verify the vector retrieval backend address separately from the business database |
DB_MAX_LINK | 10 | Documented default, automatically limited to 10–1000; observe against actual load |
SYNC_INDEX | true | Documented default; creates missing MongoDB indexes at startup and removes explicitly declared obsolete indexes |
LOG_CONSOLE_LEVEL | debug | Documented default; used to observe connection and error logs |
FILE_URL_EXPIRED_DAYS | 90 | Documented default; affects the validity period of persisted file links in chat records |
Among these starting points, DB_MAX_LINK, SYNC_INDEX, LOG_CONSOLE_LEVEL, and FILE_URL_EXPIRED_DAYS are documented default values. The two connection addresses are items to fill in per actual deployment. This hypothetical drill does not claim that any value has been measured.
Three common errors
- Treating a retrieval result as an authorization basis. Retrieval is a query process. It does not determine whether a remaining balance is settled, and it does not grant write permission.
- Treating a similarity score as an entity filter. The score does not exclude unrelated stalls or unauthorized records; identifiers must be checked separately.
- Treating a pending draft sentence as a finished conclusion. In the sample, "Buyer Zhang's balance was settled on 12 March" has not been verified and remains pending.
How to verify the setup
- Input the sales slip text and the receipt text from the hypothetical sample, then compare the subject, date, and amount fields between them. The sales slip states received 500 and balance 400; the receipt states receipt of 400 yuan against the balance. The amounts correspond, but settlement status still requires field-by-field comparison with the sales slip's balance field. If the receipt is missing or the amount does not match, record the evidence gap.
- Input the draft sentence "Buyer Zhang's balance was settled on 12 March" and compare its field correspondence with the sales slip and receipt text. The sales slip shows a balance of 400 and the receipt shows 400 received, which supports that the stated balance was received. Confirming settlement also requires checking whether any other outstanding amount exists that the documents do not record. Where support is absent, record the item as pending verification.
- After a database or service configuration change, re-check connection, logs, and retrieval output using the same hypothetical sample. Compare observations for the same input before and after the change. Do not treat a running process as evidence that configuration is correct. For empty results, a paper input of
[]can be used to check downstream design; this page does not claim that a fabricated rule retrieval necessarily returns empty.
The verification steps above use the sample documents and draft sentence supplied in this page. They describe what to compare and what remains unknown. They do not report a completed test, an approval, or a synchronization.
