What the documents look like
Short-video affiliate sales rely on long-term content exposure and product-link conversion. A single cart-enabled video can keep producing clicks and orders after publication, so operating reviews rarely depend on a live explanation at the moment of sale. The working materials for this category include short-video scripts, cart product lists, commission plans, and violation feedback. Data sources named in the brief are the selected affiliate alliance, short-video play data, product transaction data, and platform rules. Update frequency is daily and weekly.
For an operating report or an exception review, the conversation log has to be aligned with those business records. A conversion anomaly on one cart-enabled video may involve the script wording, the version of the cart product list, and the status of the commission plan at the same time. The log and the API fields only reflect what the system recorded. They do not show whether a commission was settled or whether a violation was confirmed. This page covers the conversation-log and audit step of that review, not batch synchronization or any transaction-triggered mechanism.
Constraints at the conversation logs step
The conversation interface identifies a session under one application with chatId, and identifies one exchange under that session with dataId. When an operating review checks a log, it has to use chatId to confirm which conversation corresponds to which business record, and it must not combine sessions from different entry points into one calculation. When run detail is needed, detail is set according to the official contract. In non-stream mode the result is held in responseData; in stream mode the result is distinguished through event. With detail=true, responseData contains fields such as moduleName, moduleType, runningTime, tokens, and quoteList. Business data that is not returned cannot be assumed to have been fully retained.
The score and similarity values in retrieval results are relevance numbers. They do not carry out permission or entity isolation. Reconciliation, retention, and compliance requirements are handled by a complete business plan elsewhere. The existence of a log does not mean a compliance audit has been completed.
Hypothetical paper exercise sample: a content operator hands over review material for a cart-enabled video on 10 June 2025. The source text reads: "Cart-enabled video A was published on 3 June, its cart product is X, and the commission plan status is pending review; on 9 June the play count of this video dropped." A proposed sentence reads: "The video failed to promote because the commission plan was not approved, and it needs to be resubmitted." The request awaiting a decision reads: "Please confirm the reason this video's promotion failed."
Configuration and implementation checks
| Check item | Documented setting or field | How this sample is checked |
|---|---|---|
| Conversation identity | appId, chatId, dataId | Use the sample session identifiers to locate the target exchange and confirm it matches the review record for video A |
| Run detail | detail, responseData | Set detail=true and inspect the returned nodes in responseData; confirm whether commission or violation fields are present |
| Field meaning | moduleName, moduleType, tokens, quoteList | Check each returned field; record any business field that does not appear as a gap |
| Session source | source=api | If the log was created through the API, check the source value to separate it from page sessions |
| Feedback record | userGoodFeedback, userBadFeedback, loadCustomFeedbacks | Read feedback through the interface when needed; do not assume feedback was fully retained |
| Permission boundary | authProxy | A proxy identity still needs permission on the target application and session; retrieval does not grant authorization |
Three common errors
- Treating "the commission plan was not approved" in the proposed sentence as a confirmed fact. The source text only states "pending review." A pending review is not a review result. Compare the status field in the source text with the causal wording in the proposed sentence. If the source has no record of "not approved," that causal judgment is unsupported.
- Treating a
scoreorsimilaritynumber as a permission or entity filter. A relevance number only reflects retrieval ranking and does not exclude unrelated business or unauthorized records. Check whether a separate permission field exists. If none exists, record the gap. - Treating the presence of a log as a completed compliance audit. A log record, reconciliation, retention, and compliance are separate facts. Compare whether the business plan separately implements the audit requirement. The log fields on their own do not form an audit conclusion.
How to verify the setup
- Input the sample proposed sentence "The video failed to promote because the commission plan was not approved, and it needs to be resubmitted," and compare it with the source text "the commission plan status is pending review." If the source has no record of "not approved," the causal statement is unsupported and is recorded as awaiting confirmation.
- Input the sample request "Please confirm the reason this video's promotion failed," and compare whether
responseDatacontains a commission status or violation field. If the returned fields contain no related business data, the reason for the failed promotion remains unknown. Do not infer a system error or an automatic action. - Input the two time points in the sample material, "published on 3 June" and "play count dropped on 9 June," and compare whether they refer to the same video and the same field. If the time range and the field definition match, this can be recorded as related-stage evidence for the same object. If they do not match, record it as unsupported.
This page addresses only short-video affiliate sales / operating reports and exception reviews / conversation logs and audit. It does not treat retrieval or a form as an authorization action.
