Group-buy leader operations: conversation logs for operating reviews

Review conversation logs for operating reviews in Group-buy leader operations. Check input mappings, source evidence and failure handling before use.

What the documents look like

Group-buy leader operations manage community pickup nodes and commission, and do not directly carry out cold-chain quality inspection. The working materials for this category are leader agreements, commission tables, pickup lists, and community announcements. Operating reviews and exception retrospectives need to align conversation records with those business materials: only records for the same leader, the same pickup batch, and the same commission period are comparable. Data sources include the community group-buy back office, leader community groups, order details, and after-sales records, and the update frequency is daily and per group. When checking, confirm the date and group-node scope that a record belongs to before comparing it with anything else.

Conversation logs serve a record-keeping and traceability role in this task. The existence of a log does not by itself mean reconciliation is complete or a compliance audit has been performed. Conversation identity needs to be checked together with chatId against the target conversation and the business record, and sessions from different entry points are not combined into one count. When run details are needed, set detail according to the official contract and inspect responseData. Field meaning follows what the interface actually returns, and business data that is not returned cannot be assumed to have been retained in full. Identity fields in a test mode may differ from a formal call, so inputs, history, and returned content are checked separately. Reconciliation, retention, and compliance requirements are handled by a complete business plan; retrieval and form-collected values do not constitute authorized execution.

Constraints at the conversation logs step

The conversation interface does not return the actual consumed Token value. To obtain it, set detail=true and calculate the tokens value inside responseData manually. The model, temperature, and similar parameter fields passed in the request are ineffective, because these fields are determined by the orchestration and do not change with API parameters. When chatId is not passed, the context provided by FastGPT is not used and the context is built entirely from the messages that are passed in. When chatId is a non-empty string, the conversation is taken automatically from the FastGPT database using chatId, the last item in the messages array is used as the user question, and the remaining messages are ignored. The caller must ensure chatId is unique and shorter than 250 characters. If responseChatItemId is passed, it becomes the ID of the response message for this conversation and FastGPT stores it in the database; it must be unique under the current chatId.

Conversation history management distinguishes sources. When source=api, the history list returns conversations created through the API and does not return conversations on the page. Clearing application conversations only clears conversations created through an API Key, and does not clear conversations from online use, share links, or other sources. These conditions matter for an operating review, because the population of records being reviewed depends on which source they came from.

Hypothetical paper exercise sample. The leader agreement text reads: "Party A commissions Party B to carry out group-buy promotion in a designated community; Party B accrues commission on valid orders; the agreement is valid until the end of the current year." The commission table text reads: "June 1 to June 30, group node A, 120 valid orders, commission rate 5%." The draft sentence to be judged is: "Group node A's June commission has been settled." The material needed for the judgment is a settlement voucher for the same subject, the same period, and the same field. That voucher has not been provided, so the sentence remains unsupported. A pending review mark in the commission table is not approval, and an offered option is not execution.

Configuration and implementation checks

Configuration itemValue or check itemNote
chatIdIn the hypothetical exercise, set to the June conversation identifier for group node AUsed to check the target conversation; sessions from different entry points are not combined
detailIn the hypothetical exercise, set to trueSet according to the official contract when run details are needed
responseDataInspect the module fields inside itFields follow the actual return; data that is not returned is not assumed retained
Conversation source, sourceIn the hypothetical exercise, set to apiDistinguishes API-created conversations from page conversations
Settlement voucherIn the hypothetical exercise, treated as material still to be suppliedWhile it is not provided, the draft sentence remains unsupported
Commission rateIn the hypothetical exercise, starting point 5%Taken from the sample commission table text, used for comparison with the settlement voucher

The 5% starting point is chosen because it is the figure written in the sample commission table, and it is compared against the same field in a settlement voucher for the same group node and the same June period. This is a hypothetical starting value for the paper exercise, not an official default. No numeric value, unit, menu, or global switch beyond those stated here is assumed.

Three common errors

  1. Combining sessions from different entry points into one calculation. The input is the chatId of a page conversation and the chatId of an API conversation; the comparison is whether both point to the same group node and the same period; the observable result is that two record segments are counted as one conversation.
  2. Treating retrieval results as authorization. The input is a leader record returned by one query; the comparison is whether that record carries an executable authorization status; the observable result is that being searchable is taken as being settleable.
  3. Treating a pending review as approved. The input is a pending review mark in the commission table; the comparison is whether a settlement voucher exists for the same period; the observable result is that a pending item is written as settled.

A relevance score is not a category, entity, or permission filter, and retrieval is not authorization. Forms collect values, and business verification, approval, database writes, and external synchronization require their stated downstream implementation.

How to verify the setup

  1. Input the leader agreement text, the commission table text, and the draft sentence from the hypothetical sample. Compare whether the draft sentence has a settlement voucher for the same subject, the same period, and the same field. When the voucher is missing, the draft sentence remains unsupported. This checks the named primary task of drafting and reviewing copy against the supplied source wording.
  2. Input the chatId of the June conversation for group node A and the chatId of a conversation from another entry point. Compare whether the two point to the same group node and the same period. When they belong to different entry points, record them separately and do not combine the statistics.
  3. Input the pending review mark in the commission table. Compare whether a settlement voucher or approval record exists for the same period. When only the pending review mark is present, record the item as awaiting verification, and do not write it as approved or completed. A pending request is not approval, and an unsigned termination is not a completed termination.

For the empty-reference case, a clearly labelled paper input of an empty list can be used to check the downstream design, and no claim is made that a retrieval for a fictional rule returns an empty list. Where the interface returns a documented error event, the event value error is available; without a documented error code or an actual observation, describe what to compare and record what remains unknown rather than asserting a deterministic failure cause.
