What the documents look like
Community group-buy leader operations center on community nodes and commission settlement. The work does not directly perform cold-chain quality inspection of fresh produce, which distinguishes it from cold-chain receiving tasks. Daily materials include leader agreements, commission tables, pickup lists and community announcements. Data sources include the community group-buy backend, leader community groups, order details and after-sales records. Operating reports and anomaly reviews consolidate these materials by leader, by group and by date, then use them to check pickup discrepancies and commission basis.
Update frequency is daily and per group, and report checking treats each group's data for the day as the unit. The database operations step carries storage, connection and recovery duties. It does not carry business judgment duties. Leader agreements and commission tables are business source data; pickup lists and community announcements serve as checking references. The vector retrieval backend and the business source data store are checked separately according to the actual deployment.
For this page, the relevant task is operating reports and anomaly review. The materials above must be collected by leader, by group and by date. A retrieval result is similar content, not an authorization basis. A pending state is not a completed state.
Constraints at the database operations step
The business source data store and the vector retrieval backend have different responsibilities. Configuration values are not inferred from variable names. Connection counts and load are determined from the deployment's own observations, and untested concurrency thresholds are not copied from elsewhere. Backup generation and recovery are verified separately, keeping checkable samples and records. After a database or service configuration change, the same business sample is used for re-checking, and a live process does not by itself mean checking is complete.
Hypothetical drill sample. The leader agreement text reads: "Party A commissions Party B to organize group buying within its community scope; commission is settled at five percent of the confirmed-receipt order amount for the current month; the settlement period is before the fifteenth day of the following month." The commission table text reads: "March 2026, leader number T-0317, confirmed-receipt order amount total 48,000 yuan, commission rate five percent, commission due 2,400 yuan." The pickup list text reads: "March 18, 2026, leader number T-0317, order O-20260318-052, goods 20 units, actual pickup 18 units, discrepancy 2 units, status is pending verification." The proposed draft sentence reads: "Leader T-0317's March 2026 commission has been settled, and the pickup discrepancy has been fully handled."
This sample is a clearly labelled hypothetical paper case. It does not describe an actual customer, an actual settlement, or an actual handling action. The pickup list status is "pending verification," which is not a completed termination or a completed handling. The proposed draft sentence asserts a settlement and a completed handling that the source materials do not support.
Configuration and implementation checks
The table below lists hypothetical starting points for this drill. They are used to check settings relevant to this page's materials and do not represent official default values.
| Check item | Hypothetical starting point for this drill | Reason and comparison method |
|---|---|---|
| Business source data connection | Fill in the connection address according to the chosen deployment plan | Compare with the deployment plan document; do not infer usability from the name |
| Vector retrieval backend | Select the corresponding service according to the actual deployment | Compare with the deployment list; separate source data duties from vector duties |
| Connection count ceiling | Use the observed peak connection as reference | Compare with the deployment's own load records; do not copy external thresholds |
| Backup generation | Generate daily and retain samples | Compare with actual recovery records to verify recoverability |
| Post-change re-check | Use the same leader and the same month sample | Compare same-field results before and after the change |
The configuration table contains implementation checks rather than official defaults. Each row ties to this page's documents: the leader agreement, the commission table, the pickup list and the community announcement. The connection count ceiling is a hypothetical starting point chosen because the deployment's own peak is the only observed reference available; it is compared against that deployment's load records, not against an external figure. The backup generation row is compared against actual recovery records, and a backup file's existence does not establish recoverability.
Three common errors
- Treating a vector retrieval result as an authorization basis. Retrieval returns similar content. It does not establish that a leader agreement is effective, that commission has been settled, or that a pickup discrepancy has been handled. Checking uses the agreement text, the commission table text and the pickup list text as the basis.
- Writing a pending-verification status as already handled. In the sample, the pickup list status is "pending verification," while the proposed draft sentence says "fully handled." These two values are mutually exclusive on the same field, so the draft sentence is unsupported.
- Treating backup generation as equivalent to recovery usability. A backup file's existence does not mean it can be restored. Generation records and actual recovery samples are checked separately, and a missing recovery record remains an evidence gap.
How to verify the setup
- Input the leader agreement text and the commission table text. Compare whether the subject is T-0317, whether the period is March 2026, and whether the commission rate is five percent in both. When all three match, the commission basis is supported on those fields. If any item is missing or differs, record it as pending verification.
- Input the pickup list text and the proposed draft sentence. Compare the pickup discrepancy status field. The source text reads "pending verification," and the draft sentence reads "fully handled." These values are mutually exclusive on the same field, so the draft sentence is judged unsupported and the source status is retained.
- Input the business source data connection and the vector retrieval backend configuration. Compare whether the two responsibility identifiers respectively correspond to source data storage and vector retrieval. When the identifiers match and each can connect, record the check as passed. When this cannot be confirmed, record the gap. Do not run a cross-model retrieval comparison to compare missed recalls.
These three checks test the named primary task: checking proposed copy sentences against the supplied source wording and its limitations. They do not test identity certification, report analysis, or any other task. The checks use the hypothetical sample given above. No test, deployment, approval, refund or other business action is claimed to have happened. Missing evidence remains missing. A pending request is not an approval, an offered option is not an execution, and an unsigned termination is not a completed termination.
